I am a professional in the area and I will never recommend this location to my peers or clients ever. Not only did the drivethru person treat me like an inconvenience, continuing to huff at me during the order and pick up conversations but he also completely screwed up the order, giving the wrong items and charging me for more items than I requested for. If a person does not want to genuinely help people and/or have some sort of people skills like this was missing in this person, then they should work in a profession without people contact. No level of good food is going to make me want to tolerate this kind of treatment. Will never return.
I am leaving my old post so people can see the dramatic change. Today, I just gave this restaurant a second chance hoping this extended time gave the organization to address its hiring and training of adequate personnel. This has been achieved! I had a gentleman named Daone as the cashier. He not only was polite, kind, helpful and generous. He made sure the other staff made my sandwich as requested and insured it was all delivered to me perfectly. I also observed him waiting on many other customers after me as I dined in and saw he was consistent in his actions. He has turned my rating completely around and if I owned this establishment would promote him to a managerial position. Great people skills, follow through...
Read moreThe food was absolutely delicious. Firehouse subs is a great place and I love our fireman. Service gets a very poor rating and here’s why. For starters my father in law came in from out of town and I bragged to him that we have to try this. We walk in and the place is empty. There is a sign that says “HOT SAUCE BAR OPEN” with bottles of hot sauce displayed out. I went to get 1, and a couple of the bottles were empty. That must mean that’s “the good stuff”. So I grabbed another one and brought it to our table to put on our sandwhich. The guy working there; who looked like he was in his twenties, comes over and scolds us for taking the bottle to the table. He said “ that’s not sanitary”, he then proceeded to pour the hot sauce in this tiny cup and only filled it half way. I guess I must have missed the tiny little cups next to the hot sauces. It’s not even stated you need to pour it in the cup. The whole thing was bizarre to me and made me wonder if the guy was just bored because there was no one there. I doubt there would be empty bottles of hot sauce out on displace if people were just using a tiny bit of sauce. It’s no wonder the place was empty. Still a supporter of firehouse subs, but don’t go on a weds...
Read moreI use like eating Firehouse Subs. But I ordered online, and I'm not sure they have a new crew if younger people are working in the restaurant. The service was horrible. They acted like I was not even there. Three or four were working, and no one said, "How can I help?" The guy just looked at me, so I told him I ordered online and would like some dressing on the side. The young lady who made the sandwich didn't call the name just said order is up or something like that. I asked if this was my order, and she said yes and kept talking to her co-worker. I was a little upset at the service, but I just went to my car. Then I drop the extra dressing. So I came back in, and I asked her if I could get another dressing because I dropped the one she gave me outside. She gave me the look like I was bothering her, and so I said "I will pay for it, and yall at like I'm bother you" I tried to pay for it and she started hollering "we don't charge for condiments" just put it on the counter and started talking to the coworkers. When I got home, the bread was soaked and wet and couldn't hardly eat the sandwich. My complaint is that customer service is horrible and the sandwich was not made correctly. I will not...
