I need to speak on Tito's because I have been coming here regularly for the past 2 years. Not only is the entire staff a beautiful mixture of people and culture, every single server I have ever had has been kind, attentive, and pleasant. The food is CONSISTENTLY fresh and delicious and management regularly checks on all tables to ensure satisfaction. I bring my kids all the time and having been vegan/vegetarian, it's never a problem for Tito's to make accommodations for us or even assist us with special requests. The prices are phenomenal and the management is loving and warm. I feel like a welcomed family member when I eat here. I love to utilize my time here to help teach my children Spanish and talk to them about Mexican culture and cuisine. The staff (who most of are bilingual) is always patient with us and willing to help by allowing my children to practice a new language with them. I can't say enough nice things. I love this restaurant, I love the people who work here, and I will continue to make this a number one go to as long as I live in the area. Thank you so much to the waiters, management, and cooks of Tito's for always making our experience so inviting and special. I love these wonderful humans and they all deserve the biggest tips! Read moreI was SO not impressed. The food tasted prepackaged, I couldn't finish my dish. Neither would my husband. My coffee was the weakest I've ever been served in a restaurant. But, those weren't even what we had a problem with. Two of our children ordered the mexican pizza off the children's menu. My daughter ate hers right away but didn't like it. My son wouldn't touch his. When I finally inspected his dish I discovered his pizza dough was still raw, cooked just long enough to be hot but not cooked. My daughter said her's was the same but she ate because she was hungry. When I said something to the server (who looked and acted like someone who hated their job) he didn't apologize or anything. He asked if we wanted something different. We said no and he walked away without a word. When we got our bill we checked over to see if we got charged. His handwriting left much to be desired and we couldn't tell what we got charged for. We asked another server if we were being charged for the uncooked meals. Our original server came back and mumbled that he took off the one meal that didn't get eaten. We ended up just leaving because it was obvious nobody was going to make it right. We left more than half of what we order behind. What a waste. My daughter's not sick today but her stomach hurt all the way home (45 mins). Also, those glass tops on the tables are awful! They slide all over the place and with a table of children they're really irritating. We'll not be back nor will we recommend this...
Read moreWe've been ordering from Tito's for over a year. The food isn't great, but they had curbside pickup and that's what we needed. On 8/31 we ordered dinner, I got an email receipt, my CC was charged. Showed up to get the food and was told they don't have an order for me. I said I have the order number and the guy said "I can't look it up by order #, need a name". I gave my name and he pulled out an iPad and what do you know - order numbers AND names right in front of his face. I don't appreciate being lied to. I showed my email receipt, but he says the order isn't in his system. I asked what he could do about it. He said nothing. When pressed on the issue, he literally said he "washed his hands of it". Is that how you treat a customer? Wouldn't you try to figure out how to get the order or call tech support or literally a dozen good options, but not for this guy. I called the online ordering company Paytronix. They found my order right away, but they are powerless to refund my money or intervene on my behalf with the restaurant. So, quite literally out $45 and these guys are telling me they can't refund an order they never received. But, they HAVE my money, it went from "pending" to "paid" on my CC - which means they actually did get the order - or else they couldn't finalize processing it. I really don't like...
