I am only leaving one star because I absolutely have to in order to leave a review. I came in after placing a Mobile order and the sweet workers tried to find my order and did not succeed. They then called their "Manager" back. The "Manager" (The parentheses in Manager is to express my usage of the word based on my observation and experience of the man). Noone could seem to find the order so I allowed a few customers to go before me while I tried to figure the situation out. I decided to re-order all of items in my order. Before ordering my items my family and I personally witnessed the Manager cuss at his young employees, yell at them, and belittle them. I even witnessed the sweet young lady at the registers face change from happy and cheerful to embarassed while he yelled at them that they will be making "F word" f donuts until "F word" 10 pm after the Manager spilling a bunch of donuts on the floor. He was extremely cold in his tone and extremely hurtful to his young vulnerable employees. AND wait this isn't all.... the customers I allowed to go before me were using a coupon for 9.99 any dozen of donuts. I asked the young lady how I could use or get that coupon she said umm I don't know. I then asked the Manager how I could use that coupon his exact words were " I don't know that's above my pay grade" not only was I Baffled and shocked but both of the young employees looked at me with shock in their eyes. The young lady Said "I'm sorry he is like this all the time". I said to her that is not In any way good management. The Manager then yelled to me and said "what did you just say"? I said "sir, I said that is just bad management and that there are just some things customers just don't need to hear" he was enraged but said "yeah okay fair enough" i said "sir I'm not trying to be rude but Your basically telling me to answer my question is above your paygrade and I run a business as well and I would never say those things to my employees or in front of my clients. I will no longer be a Krispy kreme customer knowing this company allows their management to treat their employees and customers in such disrespect. He said "okay bye". This happened on Saturday September 23rd 2023 at 6:12 pm. I'll update my reviews when I get home and take. A picture of my receipt to show the name of...
Read moreI buy Krisoy Kreme donuts once a year. Usually I use the drive-up and it's pretty easy. I went online to see if I could order them in advance to be ready for pickup. The website was great for showing types of donuts, but no info about pricing and apparently you can't order unless you join rewards club. I'm just not interested in getting emails I don't need or want for a one time free box of donuts. I needed 3 dozen donuts this time so when I arrived about 7pm I went inside in order to not back up the drive-in. There were several customers inside eating free sample donuts. Checkout is profoundly slow even for a person just getting a couple of donuts and coffee. When it was finally my turn, it was clear to me that the server working the counter was unhappy about getting me 3 dozen donuts. Some of the selections I wanted were not in the counter display. I didn't bother to ask if they were available since I was clearly already an irritant. I had to repeat the donuts I wanted including pointing to them several times. Another worker came over to wait on the people who came in after me. They got 2 dozen donuts which didn't seem to be a problem for the other worker. However, that worker then left and I had to wait for the server waiting on me to ring up those people before ringing me up. Even though there's a price for an "assorted" dozen, each type of donut must be rung separately. I wasn't offered a free sample donut. I didn't want one, but it would have been nice to be offered. The donuts were good. I had no complaints from the folks I served them to the next morning. The chocolate glazed collection were popular. I especially like the chocolate raspberry jelly version. The plain donuts and custard filled are always popular too. If I go back, I will definitely stick with the drive-up rather than...
Read moreI placed an order for picking up at 5.30 PM. Once I showed up at the drive through I saw the sign “current store hours: 6am to 5pm” (as shown in the picture) I had to called the store and asked if I could possibly get my order because the donuts I ordered were for my son’s birthday. I have to have them. The girl on the phone told me that I can get them if I wait a bit at the window and she will put my order together. Once I get to the window, the girl said that they are short on staff and the time online doesn’t match the time that they actually open. Short on staff is a real problem for every business now a day but when look inside the store, I saw 3 staff members sat on the chairs looking on their phones! Is that considering “short on staff”? I don’t believe so. Your staff is just too lazy to get off their phones and work. (Except the girl at the window who helped me out) I was happy that I got my order but the store manager/owner needs to fix this problem. Right before I drove off, there are at least 5 cars behind me that want to buy some donuts but who know if they get to buy some. Look how much money the store could possibly makes if you stay open a little longer or at least change the store hours on Google so your customers know...
