I just want to start by saying I rarely EVER feel the urge to leave a review anywhere. With that being said, tonight my family went to a birthday party. I went to use the ladies room and it was absolutely atrocious. I contemplated not even using it! One stall looked as though someone had either thrown up or had a bm and made a huge mess, toilet must've overflowed as well. Two other stalls had urine on the seats, tissue all over the bathroom. Barely any soap in the dispenser. So I complained to the first worker I saw. He said he'd send someone to clean it. Okay fine. Then I went to the toddler area for 1-5yr olds as I have a 1 yr old. Me, my husband, and daughter were playing when a group of 5 adults came in and started jumping all over that section and also began throwing the bouncy animals at each other. One adult was jumping so hard she fell completely out of that area. I said nope that's it, my child is not going to end up being fallen on or hit by those bouncy animals. There were 3 employees talking amongst each other, not paying ANY attention to any of the play areas. I walked up to them, one being the same guy I spoke to about the restroom, and told him there are adults in the toddler area throwing things & they need to leave, and maybe they would notice if they started doing their job. He didn't seem thrilled by that, oh well. I saw his shirt said "team leader", what a joke! THEN I go to the family restroom to change my daughter & the light was flickering, barely on so I had to use my phone flashlight to change her!!!! Absolutely absurd! I will NEVER be back! This is supposed to be a family friendly establishment but it was nothing short or disgusting & full of employees who couldn't...
Read moreIt was very complicated to check in. If you don't book a party with SkyZone you get charged for everything they can think of and end up paying more than the party packages which still don't come with much. You have to pay for the refills on the pitchers and socks per kid instead of it being included with the tickets and considering it is required to jump the socks should be included with the tickets even if you don't book a party. The venue wasn't crowded so the table we used wasn't needed and they didn't even offer any extra plates or cake cutter or to store our ice cream even after I paid the fee(50$) to bring the outside food in(Cake and Ice Cream). The Staff was very rude checking us in and fixing an issue, after the first associate didn't properly process our tickets when we first got in, so I spent an extra 30 minutes getting checked in after we'd already been there for 30 minutes. The waiver process is over complicated and takes way too long. We ordered a combo which is a pizza and a pitcher and I had to double back to get the pitcher after waiting 30 mins and the pizza had already been brought to the table. I was very dissatisfied paying premium price for much less than premium quality and service. Would never go back to SkyZone again or recommend to anyone. Even if the service hadn't been horrible these new policies and rules are still being enforced at other...
Read moreSo I have mixed feelings about my visit today 4-20-24.
To start the food was great. The equipment was in good shape and clean. And it was organized like it was a successful fun place for family and friends.
But.. so I called in advance to get info about my daughter's birthday party and didn't get any information from the person I spoke with. I went online and got my tickets waivers and pizzas and pitchers. The tables were small so i asked where we could sit since the tables were small i had a party of 8 people and 3 pizzas 2 pitchers. She sait it was 50 dollars to sit at a table that fits all of us. Thats crazy i called the day before and nobody told me that. 10am was the time I signed up for. Nobody was there to open the facility until 1030 and luckily I got an all day pass because people who didn't still had to leave at the original time not the additional 30 minutes. The workers were all talking with each other so half of the equipment was closed because there were 2 people per piece of equipment. Peoples in all the sections regardless of the age. My daughter gave money to a worker for Lazer tag. They took off with it. Not a word. Then was supposed to play her 2nd game. Didn't get to until 30 minutes after it was supposed to be ready. I think it's a great place just a need for some retraining...
