Update: it’s been 2 whole days and the bump has not gone down or disappeared so will likely have to call for a replacement 🙃

5 stars for the salesman Seth, 3ish stars for the bed/delivery. Seth was amazing and went above and beyond to help me and my husband find the perfect bed. Oddly enough, he recommended the bed him and his wife have because they both (as a collective unit) have the health issues that I have.

Unfortunately, the bed has a big bump on it and I’m hoping it will go down but my fear is that the mattress is somehow damaged from the inside and that will void any warranty later on. The mattress was delivered around 2:30pm. The first guy hoisted the bed on his shoulder and as soon as he met the threshold of my door, dropped it down quite heavily. Didn’t try to ease it down whatsoever. Not sure if that is what caused the bump but then him and the other guy, delivered it to our bed. They noticed the bump and said it was likely due to the cold and would go down after it heated up. It’s been 4hrs and the bump hasn’t moved an inch. After sitting on the bed to write this review, it’s now lopsided. All the beds that I’ve bought in the last 6 years (6 different beds from different companies), I have never had a bed do this and those beds were significantly cheaper than the $2800 I spent in total for the mattress, protector and delivery. I’m gonna give it time to settle I guess, but I will always worry that my mattress...

This is the 4th new bed I've bought at The Bedroom Store since 1989 and has been a great experience every time. Tom at the bedroom store is awesome. I called asking about new bed and had a little idea of what I wanted but not for sure. Tom while on phone went and looked and said had a few options in stock for what he thinks I was looking for. I told him I had bought there previously but it had been a while, at least 10 years and I was looking for something similar to my last purchase. He quickly looked up some history and saw other purchases but not the bed and he was already back 10 years. I told him I was on my way to look at beds and not to worry about digging for it. While on my way there Tom called me back to let me know he found my bed purchase and it was 15 years ago. He knew my time was important and took extra time to make sure he had something similar to what I had purchased previously and he did. We loved our shopping experience from start to finish. Seth was very professional, honest, knowledgeable and personable. He wasnt pushy, he didn't try to sell us just anything. We found the best deals around for bedroom furniture for 3 different rooms and a mattress. Cody and Chase delivered our furniture and they came an hour early. I was impressed because usually when I get a 4 hour time frame other companies come either late in that time frame or late completely. We appreciate the fact of them being early and valuing our time. They were extremely careful with our furniture and made sure they put everything exactly how we wanted it.
