We came from Edwardsville on my lunch break just to have Orange Chicken from Panda Express because i had just gotten a notification from the app that it National Orange Chicken Day and when we finally get there they have a sign that read “NO ORANGE CHICKEN.” The man in front of us asked if they were going to have some anytime today and they said no orange chicken today. We accepted that and went to Charley’s and then as soon as we sit down to eat our food they no longer have the sign up and they are now serving orange chicken. The front line workers were not personable to the man and one of the gentlemen working gave the guy the finger when he walked off upset. That is what specifically made it to where we were not going to eat there as well. They could have easily let us know there would be a 5-10 min wait for the chicken but they did not. Read moreI was just there and got some food and a large soda. The soda tastes like carbonated water. I brought the soda back up there and told the employee (Mya) that it tasted bad. Before I could get the whole sentence out she said we just changed it. It appeared to me that she had an attitude. I then asked if they flushed the line. She said yes. I then messed up and said this tastes like a**. I wasn't yelling and I said it in a calm tone. She freaked out and said shes calling security and went to the back. Colton (another employee) asked what was going on because he didnt hear. Please note he was standing across from both of us. I told him and he got me a new soda. All I literally wanted. Read moreThe food is decent but this place suffers from a severe case of mismanagement. I'm not talking about the 1st line managers they are running ragged running a two man crew during rush but rather the high level managers, franchise owners, or regional managers who are not making sure this store is staffed. I've heard the excuse that they can't enough employees but other competitors are not having near the same issues. They can't even keep enough people on staff to open the lobby. I watched them service maybe 10-15 cars in drive thru while the lobby is closed in one hour! I don't even know how this place is making money at this point. If you have to charge more for the food to get people on staff then by all means do so because at this rate this store is going to go under with the current...
