I visited the location in the St. Clair mall on a busy Saturday afternoon. The service was terrible, the young lady taking my order was very rude and not friendly, I can tell she was frustrated because of the volume of patrons in line to get a cinnamon roll. The young lady after taking my order didn't ask if I wanted my receipt, she let it print out and roll onto the counter and I asked was that my receipt, and without looking at me she says in a very dry tone "yes". she didn't attempt to pick it up and hand it to me, she actually didn't look up from the register to acknowledge me. I did let her manager know about this behavior. Read moreI just wanted a coffee, I saw a man ask for one and walk away with it and the worker immediately went into the back room. I’m assuming it’s open because of what my eyes literally just witnessed and I decided to wait for the employee to come back out so I could also order. I swear she did not come out for about 5-10mins and after waiting that long I tried getting her attention (watch your cameras) - Finally she did come out and the proceeded to tell me to go away, come back in 30mins. Very rudely might I add. Next time maybe just at least put a sign up to let your customers know that you’re not planning on helping anyone. Read moreI came up here a couple Saturdays ago and it was a little upsetting because I got great service and everything was perfect except for one thing. I don’t know HOW I see the same exact girls every single day. I could tell they were struggling keeping up with all the orders and the people behind me thought the same. We can tell they need more workers. DESPERATELY. I mean the way they were having to scramble at lightning speed to get the orders done and out on time was very upsetting to me.
