We used to go every Sunday as a treat for the kids, but the orders kept getting messed up and the food was not consistent anymore... most of the times not being near as good! We even had to dig out our receipt more than once to prove that we ordered extra chicken and shrimp... then would wait while everything else got cold for them to cook the shrimp. One time, only one order was correct and that person was almost finished eating before we got the other 4 meals! We've decided not to waste our money here anymore and it's sad because we all loved it and the kids even brought friends who'd eat it too- which is saying a lot with all the choices att the food court. Me and my daughter ordered the Chicken Teriyaki with vegetables and fried rice. For starters the worker's weren't wearing any gloves and they were touching all of the plates and making the food. That is very unsanitary. They were asked to put on gloves and they all laughed because they were asked to do so. It is Flu season, and Covid is still going around. Why is it they used to be open until 8pm, signage and online says 8pm, but they close at 658?! This has been several times we have been at the mall in the past 2 weeks. Other workers from nearby say they do it every night! Everyone else in food court open until 8 but they turn everyone away and slowly clean for the last hour!
