When these two locations on 159 opened, the staff was amazing and I'm sure it's due to the fact that scooters probably brought in corporate. The staff is probably excited as they were amazing. And then they all left and went to school. Between these two locations on 159 I ordered the same drink and size every time. I've done it through the app and I've done it through the speaker. I let them know that yes I know when I want two shots of heavy whipping cream that I will be charged for two shots of heavy whipping cream. I still get a different price every time. I asked for a flavoring and then I asked for flavoring cold foam. Hi again let them know I know I will be charged. Sometimes I don't even get a flavoring. Sometimes I don't even get a heavy whipping cream. And those always seem to be the one that cost more. So that's my first issue that's been happening a lot. My second issue is that they don't have a trash can as I am a dedicated scooter's coffee drinker. I probably stopped 3 to 4 times a day. From the two locations on 159 in Swansea in Fairview heights to the one on 159 in Collinsville or the one in redbud. I don't litter. I truly wish they had a trash can for my empty scooter cups at their locations. And maybe the need to start putting the instructions on the cup. Because when you order online sometimes I hear them say oh I'm sorry I already cleared her order........... Or sometimes they're having a great time jamming to music and just don't pay attention. I love the fact that they're jamming to music, music makes the day go I understand it. But correct orders come first. And honestly my status was getting really high on my app. But I don't know how much longer I can handle the mistakes, especially when you're okay with paying the additional amounts for the two splashes of having whipping cream or the splash of flavoring, the two extra shots of espresso.    Read moreI hate leaving negative reviews and rarely do. Scooterâs doesnât make it easy to resolve issues, so I am posting here.
Long story short, they got our order wrong, I drove back, parked and spoke to a girl outside who was friendly but very inexperienced. Manager stepped in to help and try to fix mistakes that first employee made, but ended up charging us for something first employee gave us as an attempt to fix their error. So we ended up paying $22 and wasting a bunch of time when all we wanted initially was two plain large coffees with a caramel pump that should have cost less than $12.
Scooterâs customer service has been impossible to get a reply from and theyâll reply to this review with the same standard response telling me to go to the Contact portion of their page again.
Moral of the story, always double check your order and receipt before driving away and donât expect Scooterâs to do anything to rectify issues except keep you going in circles for a week due to the poor design of their customer...
   Read moreI just want to say that I look forward to going to this location specifically on my way to work every morning. The hiring manager hit the nail on the head with every single hire at this location! There is a gentleman with blonde hair and a woman with black hair that help me most times that make me feel like I am family. All of the employees are super friendly, excited to be at work, and make the entire process from ordering to the pick up line FUN and EASY! They work it outside when they hold the signs, and make you feel the NEED for coffee, even if you werent going to stop. Today, they were having a party for the car behind me that struggled with how to say Acai correctly and I loved that they took the time to help him with his pronunciation while being encouraging and supportive! You rarely see employees with the zest that this location has and it is so amazing to witness at every visit! I always tip when I can, and appreciate the joy I receive by seeing them!
