If I can put less than one star I would. I don't expect any of these places to be excellent service but at least do your jobs right with or without a smile. They had one person taking all the order which by the way is usually how they alllll work. So we wait to order and nothing the machine wasn't working and we even said Hello? Twice usuallt at that point regular drive thru places take that chance to let customers know please hold.... we hear absolutely nothing than we wait in line for 15mins and when is our turn we let the girl know that we weren't able to make order BC machine wasn't working she than has the odisity to tell us that she is alone and we will have to wait for the orders behind us.... remind you my 5yr old is in the car hearing her attitude. Than she closes the window comes back with an attitude and says is your order big or small BC I can't keep the rest waiting we said are you kidding me? We just waited more than the rest of the cars behind us BC we waited for the stupid machine to take our order and than this girl which was clearly not trained correctly basically tells us to hurry up. I simply said to her please let your manager know how horrible your customer service is in your location and drove away without even making any order....
Read moreOrdered 2 mcchicken, 1 mcdouble, 2 L coffee, L fries && 6 pc chicken nugget via kiosk machine. The machine itself seems to lag when we input our orders but much faster than ordering from counter.
We had about 1 or 2 people ahead of us, but we ended up getting our orders much later. At least 5 new people got their order first. For a fast food restaurant, definitely was NOT fast at all. There were like about 5 workers including the cashier && drive through attendee. 3 people basically had to go back and forth between multiple stations, looking a bit lost. Understandable since covid.
Another thing we ended up witnessing was that the cashier tried to help out with the orders, with the same gloves that touched money, counter, phone, and bunch of other things, which called out UNSANITARY to me.
Also, there seemed to be at least 4 flies in the counter cookie/pastry display constantly flying around as well.
Tldr- lagging kiosk machine, got our order super slow, not enough workers, cashier tried to help food orders using the same gloves that touched money and other things, flies in pastry display...
Read moreWorst service!!! Ordered drive thru and was told to pull behind the 2 cars waiting for their food also. That's fine. The guy comes out with the food for 3 cars. I'm last and get handed a bag. I'm looking thru the food and it's not my order. That's fine also. Mistakes happen. The guy comes back and tries to hand me the bag he gave to the car in front of me. Like, where are we? Aren't we in the middle of a global pandemic? I'm sure the 1st thing they did was stick their hands in the bag to check the order. I don't accept the food and ask for a refund. He didn't offer to make me a new order, so I don't want to send it back and God knows what they'll do to my food. I don't know this kid or how his day has been. I've worked in restaurants in my teens, I've seen these things. Don't trust it, I just want a refund. Manager denies me my $. Appalled by the service and the manager's professionalism. Ate the loss but way better than accepting food handled by another customer. On you but never there again for me....
