Salad and Go — Restaurant in Fairview

WHY HAVE I NEVER TRIED THIS PLACE BEFORE?!!! This location is walking distance from where I live (right outside my apartments). I pretty much drive by it every day but had never tried it before. I downloaded the menu to see what they had and could not believe how reasonable the prices were. I figured the portion sizes must be small based on the prices. Since this was my week in office I decided to give them a try. I went to the drive thru at about 715 am on my way to work. I ordered a Traditional breakfast burrito but was advised they were out of potatoes. So, I opted for the bacon, egg and cheese burrito. They asked if I wanted red or green salsa and I asked for pico de gallo. I was told it would be an upcharge for pico because it was considered an "ingredient" and salsa is only a condiment. I appreciated that and thought it was great that they make you aware. I also ordered the Cobb Salad. It comes with your choice of chicken or tofu, I selected the chicken. I believe you can get steak for an additional charge. The total was only $10.47!! Not bad for 2 meals, breakfast and lunch. I waited until my break at 10 am to eat the burrito. It was basic, nothing fancy but I really liked it. And, the portion size is generous. I had lunch at 12 and I was still full from the burrito so I ended up taking my salad home for dinner. So, if you look at the photos and see the avocado looks a little bit darker it's only because I took the photo about 11 hours later when I sat down to eat it for dinner. I could not believe how much salad there was! It was so big and had so much stuff. A good mix of greens, chicken, bacon, eggs, blue cheese crumbles, grape tomatoes and half an avocado! Fresh ingredients and generous portions. The dressing was in a separate packet which I love. I use very little dressing. I made an online order and went to the window at the right time. At the window, they told me to go to the other side of the building to get my order because I had a mobile order. I went to the other side and saw a sign that said, “mobile parking only” and there was a couple cars parked so I parked there. After sitting there for 40 minutes, I understood that I won’t be getting my order and drove back to the window. At the window, they told me that I shouldn’t have parked but I should have went to the window on the other side. I asked them why they didn’t come out and told me that I had to come to the window. I was told that their policy doesn’t allow them to go outside even though I saw one of their employees go out. Eventually, I got my order and I was given it in a way so that 2 of the drinks fell out. Amazing food, absolutely TERRIBLE customer service. Placed a mobile order, was a few mins early for pick up so they told me to wait (which is fine). No one was in line at the time. My mobile order time had passed, they weren't saying anything to me, and making orders for people that started coming in the drive thru. They saw me in the mobile order line. I was STILL waiting for my food about 20 mins later so I finally rang the bell and asked if my order would be ready soon. She gave me so much attitude and said the drive thru line is long and they only have a few workers. I have been to many other locations with 1-2 workers and my order is always out promptly, even when the line is long. Waited few more minutes to get my order from her and she didn't say a word.
