Placed and order at 11 lady answered i placed order for 2 sandwiches she asks adress phone number and what time. I tell her my work address my phone number which I wasn't supposed to have on me anyway, plus I dont get service in building. I also tell her my break is at 12 30, that would be great. She says ok your total is 24.88 I say thanks hon have a great day. My phone didnt ring because I didnt have service, at around 12:15 I go down to the door my phone rings she starts immediately giving me an attitude saying she the manager, that the driver was there he left I apologized that I missed the guy but I did order it for 12 30. She raises her voice telling me I should have been outside continues to yell at me said I order for 12 not 1230 and she was short ppl she had to pull a person. I apologized again and explained i dont have service i asked which door he was going too she got cocky again said i didnt specify which door and attitudely says I guess he can turn around and go back but ya know he might be a bit cuase ya know traffic I politely say that's fine thank you bye. I go back to my station check my co workers see how their lots are doing I go outside I wait from 12 20 to 12 35.... my co worker calls them back and asks and tells her it was for 12 30 not 12. The lady that kept saying she was manager was now quieter and say no it was for 12 and says the guy just left again which was a lie there was no one there. We established we weren't going to eat till about after 1 possibly 1 30 so we canceled the order. If she just would have put the time for 12 30 I would have been outside. And your manager that worked today if she is the manager should be fired for yelling at customers unprofessional. Will never order...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreSent an order in online at 5pm, got a call within 5 minutes letting me know that there is no delivery driver until 6pm and asked if i wanted the first delivery or to pick it up... so i told him we would go get it. Upon getting there, there is a car in the front with the d'angelos delivery sign on it. When we went in there were 4 people behind the counter and it took 2 minutes before anyone even acknowledges us in the building. We explain what happened and the girl says "oh so you came to beat the delivery huh? Are you william?" After explaining that we are not william and what we ordered... i somehow managed to pay for williams food... she then charged me for a clam chowder separately... when i looked at the reciept, it said delivery "william" she refunds what i paid and somehow the bill comes out $4 more (without delivery and not including the $4 chowdar) than ordering online.... she refunded the separate $4 and i still have paid $40 for an order that (with delivery) was $36.58... minus the $2.50 delivery fee... my math gives me $34.08... the girl was confused... and the sad part was...she was a shift leader... no one else behind the counter came to help... i just left with the food after checking it was my order and it was correct...when i got home and unwraped my chicken number 9, the sandwich was so greasy the break was soaked and upon picking it up, everything fell through the greasy sub roll...what a mess for 4 sandwiches and a clam chowder... i'll stick to subway...

I called the store last night to complain and was told that it could be remade ASAP if I could go pick it up Told them I couldn't and was then told to hold for a manager The manger finally picked up (with a nasty attitude) and talked to me like I was lying about them messing up the order. He even had the audacity to ask me if they messed it up. Obviously I wouldn't have called if they didn't. He then told me that they could remake it if I wanted to go pick it up. I would have picked it up in the 1st place if it wasn't an issue He then told me it would be over an hour to have it redelivered. Excuse me?? I just waited an hour for the first order to be delivered Was then told that I could have a credit which wasn't even the price of the sub in the first place. He then popped an even worse attitude when I told him the sub cost more than that. Like it was MY fault that his employees didn't follow the directions for my order of extremely OVERPRICED subs. I emailed corporate again and still have not heard back from them. VERY VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE I 100% understand that orders get messed up and that mistakes happen BUT it is all about how the situation is handled after the fact by management AND corporate.
