Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Fall River

Would be a negative stars if possible. Rhode Island Ave in Fall River MA.

First time customer. Ordered online for pickup. 2 steak and cheese sandwiches. Saw the order was ready online and I was actually in the parking lot already waiting, so I went right in. The person behind the counter said, it wasn't ready yet and had me wait a few minutes. That's fine. But apparently it was just them being mean to me.

I picked up order at 10:50pm. By the time I saw the sandwiches were burnt, had no steak in them, they were hard and inedible it was 11pm. I promptly called them back, but they were closed. Online it says open till 1am, but it's covid. I understand.

I called the next morning and the manager said she couldn't help me because I didn't call back that night. I did explain to her I tried. I even still have the inedible sandwiches. She said there was nothing she could do and to call the next day to talk to the district manager, Victoria.

I did call Victoria and she also said, there was nothing she could do. NOTHING!!!! REALLY!? She said if I texted her pictures of the sandwiches and she agreed they were "burnt" she would give me a refund. She also told me to call corporate, which they all must have had a good laugh at, because "corporate" is an automated message saying to call the store or go online, which I had already done.

Now it's 4 days later and no one has contacted me back. Not the district manager or the online people. Won't be holding my breath, but come on people. What's wrong with you? Just plain disrespectful and mean. Let alone serving gross food....

Dominos is supposed to be open until 1 am on Saturday nights. I called at midnight , placed my order , everything is all set to go until I said delivery !!! I was then placed on hold for ten minutes and conveniently hung up on.... Called back , no answer , ten minutes later I was hung up again and again and again... Worst Service Ever !!! To lazy to do they're job so they play phone games like adolescents. Just lost a 20+ year customer... I work nights so tend to order out a lot... Worst business model I've ever encountered ! Mind you , this was the manager of the store at Rhode Island Ave in Fall River. Save yourself the trouble and aggravation and just call Papa Gino's or any other pizza place . So no more super bowl parties with Dominos or any of the other events I frequently hold throughout the year which I'll keep to myself we but it's in the thousands, uncle unc write offs will be...

Dominos on Rhode island Ave is HORRIBLE!! Ordered online arrived to pick it up a half hour after the app said it was ready and it still wasn't ready. Woman at register proceeded to lie to me telling me it was in the oven. After standing there for almost another half hour I saw that it was not in the oven and hadn't even been made yet!!!!!! I took my money back and left!! NEVER AGAIN!! Only the second time there and the first time same thing happened to another person that was there when I got mine!! VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I GIVE ZERO STARS!!

UPDATE!! WHEN I GOT IN MY CAR I ORDERED THRU THE APP FROM THE DOMINO'S ON SOUTH MAIN ST AND IT WAS ABOUT 6 MINUTES FROM THE DOMINO'S ON RHODE ISLAND AVE AND IT WAS READY-REALLY READY-WHEN I GOT THERE!!!!

THEY NEED TO FIGURE OUT HOW TO GET THEIR ORDERS READY ON TIME... MAYBE THEY COULD TAKE SOME LESSONS FROM DOMINO'S ON SOUTH...
