Let me start by saying I used to be a manager for Dunkin so I know how things work! I regularly visit this Dunkin weekly and I’ve gotten some attitude before but didn’t think much of it.. However, today they were so rude because I asked a simple question. Typically, I get a medium iced caramel but they never add enough caramel! Apparently, they don’t understand the concept of full pumps when it comes to swirls! So, I’m tired of my coffee barely having any of the flavoring and asked for an extra pump. They added an extra charge and asked what it’s for. The woman taking my order responded so rudely to me that I decided to take regular caramel instead of extra. First off! I wouldn’t need to ask for extra if your employees didn’t fly through my order only putting half pumps! After I said I wanted caramel they simply stopped responding to me and I drove up! Learn to be respectful and learn to make a coffee the correct way! I’m never rude to fast food workers because I’ve been there! But the employees here...
Read moreDon’t order something that might “piss off” an employee even though you’re paying for a service! I ordered an English with double egg and asked if they can butter it because some Dunkin’s just throw the butter in the bag. I guess they didn’t like that so they decided to slap butter on the outside of the English muffin instead of inside the actual sandwich. So the bread was soggy and covered in butter all except the inside. Smh 🤦🏻♀️. A different day I went in there and I saw an employee, get the mixing spoon that is mixed for drinks, try and unclog the drain , that catches cold coffee from the taps, WITH THE MIXING SPOON. 🤢 🤮. Then I said, are you gonna use that? The other lady “cleaned” the spoon then put it back in the cup were the dirty one was 🤮🤢 . I think they are not trained and do not know about cross contamination! Read moreSo it is June 16 and between 11 and 12 PM I was at this location and a deaf woman came in did not speak English it was very clear that she didn’t so they tried speaking Spanish to her which she understood some of it but she speaks sign language the workers were very rude to her telling her to write it down obviously if she does not speak English she cannot write in English and they were not very helpful they did get what she needed with me and my son‘s help but they were very rude to her and then after she left they were making fun of her which was not OK when I said irritated my soul I mean that even my son was not very happy with that that was a little ridiculous actually a lot ridiculous and they should be kinder to their customers I Co treat somebody like that that you don’t even know imagine what they do to their own people in the fact that it is June 17 and they treated a woman of color like that...
