Friendly's — Restaurant in Fall River

Terrible service with overpriced, over cooked food to boot. Once seated, it took several minutes for our waitress to greet us. I gave her my tables entire order during the greeting. Hopefully that would speed things up. Yet start to finish we were there over an hour and a half.

Ordered 4 piece chicken tenders and double waffle fries, which were severely over cooked and cost $16. I mean, I could have made this at home for $3, but I promised my daughter a Friendly's date and figured we might as well go while they are still open. Which, its evident why the restaurant is claiming bankruptcy.

When the server came to ask how are meals came out, we were rudely interrupted by one of her other tables. Apparently they had an error on their bill which was SO VERY important, that our server scurried off to tend to them without returning until our food was cold and our moods were ruined.

Got two ice creams in a dish, one scoop each and it took nearly 15 minutes to hit the table.

So when it came time to pay the bill, we went to the front desk to save more of of Saturday nights time and left to never return again.

(We ordered two 4-piece tender meals with waffle fries. One coke. One water. A little kids meal (mac) with a milk and it comes with ice cream. And a single scoop dish that ran us up $47.77. (Half that was even edible). So before you come here, think...

CAUTION! STAY AWAY! Last Monday my family went to dinner while I was at work and it was a slow night in the restaurant. A man came in and was asking all the customers including my family for food and was trying to talk to and harassing all the kids at the tables. He went to the bathroom and came back and sat next to my family and kept asking for food. My wife finally gave him half of her sandwich for him to go away. He finally left and got in a SUV. My wife and kids were so scared that this man was able to do whatever he wanted and all the staff was in the kitchen and didn't care. When the waitress came back out my wife told her about the man and the waitress says he comes in some times. Why would anyone let this happen??? THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE. My wife asked the waitress to watch her get in the car just in case the man was still out there. We have been going to this restaurant for over 20 years. Its a shame to let shameless people do whatever they want to. We will never go here again. Please keep your kids and your families safe and do not come here.
