The Burger Den — Restaurant in Fall River

Dont order late night with Tommy I waited 40 + minutes on my order and he was sitting there talking about how he appreciates patient customers.. but yet when i inquired where my order was he stated I could just cancel it.. what a joke He doesnt not care about your wait time or order worst customer service ive had in awhile he led with you can always cancel your order vs seeing what he could do for me … god awful service from him Tommy is hands down the fakest employee ive ever encountered.. to top it off order got messed up and they blamed me saying it was my error and to put it through again what a joke! 0/10...

Pretty sure this was just laziness I've worked in restaurants for years that slip isn't hard to read I asked for a grilled chicken sandwich with a side of onion rings but got a crispy chicken sandwich with fries.
