I was on a trip home from a long day at work and I was STARVING. Granted, I get it, it is midnight, these people are probably wanting to go home AND it's Saturday night. There was only one other car in front of me and when I pulled up to the speaker a very bored almost aggressive voice greeted me. Trying to give the benefit of the doubt, I pleasantly asked the cashier to just give me one second to organize my thoughts, there was a sigh and then, sure, ok... I order my food and there was two people cutting each other off taking the order which in my opinion is extremely confusing, one had a pleasant demeanor, the other was more like ugggggh why are you here ordering food. So I thank them and pull up to the window. I smiled at the cashier, with a stone cold face, he repeated the total and practically ripped my atm card out of my hand. Then I could see him behind the window kind of slamming the papers, just aggravated that I had the nerve to show up and order food. I took my food and left, I ate it, but I really had to force it down because it was so dry and gross and I am just really disappointed. I know im ranting but honestly if you are in a job where you know you have to work late and deal with people, the quality of service should not go down just because you don't feel like being there. Honestly I don't know what was going on with this person but if your having a bad day, go home. I will never go back there again. Super rude, unfriendly and unappreciative...
Read moreI honestly hate leaving bad reviews but my experience tonight was just terrible. I mobile ordered as I was leaving work & when I arrived to the restaurant I couldn't pick it up inside so my only option was the drive thru and it took 40 minutes. There was only 4 cars in front of me waiting to order at the speaker and only another 2-3 cars in front of them waiting for their food at the window so as somebody who also works fast food.. what on earth was the hold up? The employees also offered no apologies for the inconvenience or explanation of what was going on. It's just extremely unprofessional and rude to have people waiting 30 minutes to even reach the speaker, then another 10 minutes after that to actually get my food and not even offer a simple "I'm sorry about the wait" and the real kicker is that even after that entire wait my food was somehow cold. Some nights it's not this bad and I get my order in under 15 minutes but tonight was just unbelievable. If it's a staffing issue, I understand and sincerely apologize and hope it gets better but it would have been nice if they explained that instead of just not...
Read moreThis is the WORST by far that I've ever been to i went there on dec 23 around 7:30 with my 2 kids to order food the worker Joe was the one taking my order he was huffing and puffing I asked him if he was OK he said no I want to be home with my family. So I told him sorry to hear that and he goes on to tell me no your not if I was of be home cooking. I left there called to get the store number when o got home he gave me the wrong store number than to my phone number and sent me the nastiest messages calling me a Crack head all sorts of words that didn't make sense. I have never in 53 years been spoken to like that or treated in that was at a fast food restaurant. Really hope the owners check to see what they made for money that day because he literally chased everyone off one women said she waited 10min for them to take the order and the where all there on one to the order this is not how you run a business.
