Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Falls Church

the last two times i went to this location the same lady charged me and my friends double for our order. we bought one bowl that should have cost around 12 dollars and yet we were charged 24. when we went back to the lady who charged us, she told us we were wrong and that she had not charged us double. after talking with her with more persistance she finally checks the charge to find that she had charged us double for it after all. she told me i could get a “free” bowl since i had paid extra and refused to give us a refund. after i went back to get another bowl, she told me i have to pay 3 more dollars for it despite the fact she made the mistake to charge me + she refused to give a refund + the bowl was not “free” like she said- instead it was just me paying for a whole new bowl that i originally did not ask for. the second instance, the same lady proceeds to charge extra and once i go back to her, she refuses the extra payment once again. We ask for a refund and eventually get to speak with the manager. we talk to him about it and he does not help one bit. he offers a 3 DOLLAR REFUND RATHER THAN THE FULL 14 EXTRA DOLLARS THAT I HAD PAID. when i refuse this ridiculous offer, he gives me my receipt and writes on it “free next bowl” so that i can come in later and get a “free” bowl for the extra that i paid for. why am is this happening more than once?? this chipotle needs to fire this cashier because why are they arguing with a customer who is in the right for asking for a refund? i would include the proof for these payments but since this lady also never gives us the receipt, we never have proof other than the apple pay notification: i can’t tell if she does this on purpose in order to say that...

This store scammed me out of my money & I will be contacting corporate in a minute! On April 26 I was about an hour away from home earlier that day & used Uber eats to order something. Later that evening, when I arrived home, I decided to order chipotle using the Uber eats app once again and accidentally forgot to change my address back to my home for delivery. Normally when I use DoorDash, if the delivery location is different from where I am currently, it will ask if I’m sure I’m delivering to the correct location and tell me that I’m far away from the delivery store. Well Uber eats did not do that so I didn’t notice until the order was submitting but there was no option to cancel or go back, so I had to wait until it submitted, and I IMMEDIATELY hit “cancel order”. It was all of maybe 3-5 seconds. I re-ordered my food at the correct location, paid for it, and reached out to Uber eats to make sure I was not charged. Well Uber eats apparently reached out to the store and they told them they will not refund me because they already started my order. That’s literally impossible!! I even have the timestamp of me ordering the food at 8:13 PM and canceling at 8:13 PM, so there’s NO way this store was able to read my order and start putting it together in 3 to 5 seconds. I’ve never had this happen before and I’m just appalled that the store would lie and keep my money like that! I will be taking this as far as I need to over $16.72!! I didn’t inconvenience you in any way & you did not waste any food because you didn’t make my food! You should’ve just given me my money...

Chipotle Mexican Grill continues to wow me with their delicious, healthy menu of wonderful salads, bowls, burritos, tacos, quesadillas, guacamole, queso blanco, tortilla chips, and more!!! Kind, thoughtful, hardworking, and honest staff work at this location which serves a large number of customers each day. I ordered the following salad and was very happy with how it was prepared: Chicken Salad Extra Chicken ($3.75), Black Beans, Pinto Beans, Fresh Tomato Salsa, Chipotle-Honey Vinaigrette, Fajita Veggies, Roasted Chili-Corn Salsa, Brown Rice It was yummy, nutritious, and satisfying. Chipotle is doing an excellent job of providing great food to its customers at a reasonable cost. I was given a generous amount of chicken! I highly recommend ordering an extra serving of protein to help keep you full. In fact, my bowl was filled to the brim and they really do give you your money’s worth.
