Starbucks — Restaurant in Falls Church

I recently started working nearby and every time I have come into this Starbucks location, all the staff is soooo nice, pleasant and helpful. I really appreciate the atmosphere that is warm and welcoming. It's a good vibe here. Being a former partner many years back in FFX, it's nice to see that the quality of people is still great.

Every person I have encountered while ordering here has been super kind. Keep up the good work and please do not forget to send this down the pipeline from the district manager, to the store manager and to the partners because they deserve to hear good praise. Please if you could give them a gift card, an incentive or something for their great work and customer service.

This is easily in the top 2 to 3 Starbucks locations I've ever been to, and I'm not just saying that because it's my home Starbucks, but the staff here top all other locations. It is always kept clean, including the two restrooms. They are well-organized and always handle the rushes well. There is plenty of seating, including several outside tables. All the locals are super friendly and the baristas all know them by name. It's spacious with plenty of outlets and tables, which some work-from-"home" locals enjoy. I live across the street and I am disappointed at how they are handling the pandemic in general. No visible hand washing or sanitizing station being USED by staff. I’ve seen them touch everything including their face and not wash their hands or at least sanitize. Also covid can be spread with super thin masks that some of the staff wear and it is not safe for staff to work under life threatening conditions. Covid is real my cousin was 31 yrs old and passed away last week from it. I should not be scared for my life when getting a coffee or feel like I have to make it at home because the staff are not taking...
