Mason's Famous Lobster Rolls — Restaurant in Falls Church

I just ordered from Mason's Famous Lobster Rolls via Uber Eats as a Father's Day surprise for my dad. I ordered 4 rolls and 3 bowls of clam chowder. My order arrived missing 3 bowls of soup. When it arrived, my delivery driver said that someone else had "left the store with my order and they had to remake it." So, he showed up with half my order, but I was charged full price. He said I had to speak to the restaurant. When I did, the employee on the phone said that "someone else had left with my order." When I explained that this mysterious person wasn't me, and I'd only been given half of what I ordered, he said "I can't do anything about third party orders." I'm from the Boston area, so I have some strong opinions about New England food. That's why I was so happy to find this place in Falls Church. My lobster roll was excellent, and the clam chowder was good. (Personally I like a thicker chowder, but their's was tasty.) The service was exceptionally friendly. I was so excited to try this place due to the reviews and staying in the hotel next door for 8 more days and I have to say the service was outstanding but the lobster bisque was a lot to be desired ( very diluted and no lobster) and the classic lobster roll had the mist chewy lobster I have ever eaten!
