Paisano's Pizza — Restaurant in Falls Church

The food is always decent for the price but tonight, my experience has made me decide I will never go back here again. I ordered a burger, single patty, no bread. I pick it up and open it when I get home(I live 5 mins away) to find that the meat is cold, there is a single onion, and half a tomato. I couldn’t make a meal of this if I tried. So I called the restaurant, which I don’t usually do, but this time was just too much. The manager refused to talk to me twice. I spoke to someone else (who was extremely nice) who said that the manager told him “no one else has called to complain about the burgers tonight so there is nothing they can do.” I said that made no sense. I still have the food untouched and I would like to bring it back and get a refund or get a replacement. So the nice guy talks to the manager again and comes back saying he was told “since they would just be throwing it away, they can’t accept it back and there is nothing they can do.” This manager is horrible…. They didn’t have the decency to get on the phone with me and talk to me directly, rather making the front guy deal with this, which is completely inappropriate and unfair for him AND what kind of policy is it that NO ONE ELSE HAS CALLED TO COMPLAIN SO WE CANT DO ANYTHING?! Save your money and go to McDonald’s or dominos or literally anywhere else. I threw away my money tonight but at least I won’t be sick after eating rotten meat. I recently visited Pasiano's and was blown away by the exceptional customer service and the immaculate cleanliness of the restaurant. From the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted by Steve and Mike, who provided top-notch service throughout my entire visit.

The attention to detail in maintaining the cleanliness of the store was truly impressive. Every corner sparkled, and the inviting atmosphere made me feel comfortable and relaxed.

Now, let's talk about the star of the show—the hamburger with a side of fries. Oh boy, it was absolutely divine! The burger was cooked to perfection, juicy and flavorful, while the fries were crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. The taste was incredibly satisfying, leaving me wanting more.

In conclusion, Pasiano's deserves every bit of praise it receives. The customer service provided by Steve and Mike was exceptional, and the cleanliness of the store was impeccable. And let's not forget about the mouthwatering hamburger and fries—they were simply outstanding! I highly recommend visiting Pasiano's for a memorable dining experience.

The fries were completely unsalted, and the customer service was just terrible. When I called to get things sorted out, they told me “hold on” and left me on hold with no help.

The driver wasn’t any better. He was rude and practically shoved his phone in my face, demanding a tip right away. Overall, unprofessional and frustrating—I wouldn’t recommend it.
