I placed an order over the phone and dealt with a guy named Camille. I ordered a roast beef wrap. I asked if it came with pickles, he said there was no standard & I could get whatever veggies I wanted even though online the menu shows it only comes with certain veggies, others you have to select. He asked if I wanted a sauce I said no. I said it a couple times. He told me my total was $11.xx. When I picked it up he said what I ordered is exactly what an Aioli Wrap is so he included sauce! [Is there such a sandwich? I ordered it with pepper jack cheese and all the same veggies that come standard with the online roast beef wrap, except for spinach]. I told him I didn't want sauce and had said so on the phone, he said ya, so he put it on the side. Then he tried to charge me $12.xx. I bet the higher price was for the sauce - he gave me 2 containers. When I reminded him he told me on the phone the price was $11.xx, he said he pushed the wrong button. When I was about to leave he walked by his colleague and said, "crazy." I told him I heard it and he said he didn't say it. His colleague was standing right there near the counter too, I kept looking at her for her to say something, but she stayed silent. I watched the person make my sandwich, clearly didn't know how to make it as she continued to turn around to look at the menu board. She asked if I wanted any veggies, I replied no, I want it exactly like the menu described nothing added. She even asked if I wanted it heated, well yeah it's steak and cheese. Maybe she was new?
