I have to say that my issue is with the new owners of the shopping center, not the stores themselves. As soon as they bought it that started trying to get rid of businesses already there with leases. Tenants who have put a lot of money into the actual physical store. Their agenda was to get rid of the current tenants and substantially raise the rents. They even took one store with a long lease to court trying to evict them because supposedly they were a day late responding to some correspondence.
