Foreside House of Pizza — Restaurant in Falmouth

Hours of operation on Google and their website state they are open until 11pm on Fridays. Therefore I placed my order through the online app they are partnered with "ChowNow". After about 5 minutes I noticed that the tracking was not moving from the pending position. At this point I had already been charged and received the confirmation email, so I attempted to call the store. ALL LISTINGS OF HOURS say the store should be open until 11pm (website, Google, Facebook). No one is picking up the phone, so I make my way to the restaurant. The store is completely closed with no visible hours posted. I have no idea when this place opens or closes. The positive of this experience was that at 10:45pm (25 minutes after placing my order) I received an unprompted call from a ChowNow rep who informed me that they too were also unable to contact the store and were wondering if I was able to get my order... obviously I was not able to. So at least they were on top of issuing a refund. But now I'm hungry and I've wasted very valuable time to find something other than pure fast food simply because a restaurant couldn't be bothered to update their hours. I have no trust in this place. Maybe the food is good but how can I know when I can even...

Each time I've visited Foreside House of Pizza I've been greeted with a friendly face and great customer service. The staff was accommodating, patient, and willing to answer any questions I had. The atmosphere is clean, welcoming, and bright.

Since the opening of FHOP I have ordered enough to satisfy our whole team at another business in Falmouth many times. I would highly recommend the steak tip salad, buffalo chicken pizza, and spanakopita. The portions are large; I typically can order a salad and have it for lunch and dinner. They support small local business' and accommodate a crowd of any size. I have been very pleased with each experience I've had there.

It's unfortunate to see the impression left by media on the new FHOP ownership, I chatted with them a few times and they are genuine, engaged, and customer oriented. I hope people will take time to go meet the owners and experience their staffs service and delicious food before making any assumptions based on the press. I'm thrilled to have them in...
