Caribou Coffee — Restaurant in Fargo

I have always liked Caribou but over the last couple of years, it definitely no longer feels like a local coffee shop. I do want to point out that this seems to be a trend across all Caribou's, not particularly this location. I have always loved the crafted press and part of the reason used to be the affordability of it but like most things, that has completely changed. It is now even more expensive than a latte. On top of that, my main reason for leaving the review is the amount given when ordering an iced crafted press. My cup is never full, even after paying over $5 and almost $6 for a large. I understand there is foam but the cup as a raised lid and I still only always get my drink no more than 70% full and today, it was half full. I'm just done going to Caribou. girls working very quiet did not greet me and I know I said hello with a warm greeting of my own, tried to converse with the other one but no response, it's a nice place but they need to remember a tip is for friendly service and how to greet people. Friendly staff and great product. Love my carabao. Why does the management think we need to know the "pronouns" of every employee? Last I checked, we are all human. Seems to create divisions in place where it's not needed. Political or otherwise, do we really need this in a coffee shop? Not the appropriate place to be expressing views on sexuality.
