Grand Junction Grilled Subs — Restaurant in Fargo

Dirty and grimy is how you feel as you enter the North Fargo Grand Junction. Even though the store appeared to have been swept clean it still felt and looked unclean. I went into the men's bathroom to simply wash my hands and was unable to because the soap dispenser was ripped off the wall and placed on the towel dispenser. Dirty and grimy is how the bathroom felt as well. I had to sneak into the women's bathroom to wash my hands. Thank goodness there was soap there.

I ordered a Ham and Cheese and was told they were out of American Cheese. They definitely don't use as much meat as they used to the but bread however is still good. My sandwich was ok but when I sat down at my table I needed to clean it off. When you notice things not being clean you really start to wonder how the prep of food is. So it made eating my lunch much less enjoyable. Had my Ham and Cheese sandwich been loaded up like a Subway sandwich I could see paying sixteen dollars for a meal but I don't feel what I got was worth Sixteen dollars.

On a good note the staff was attentive and took my order quickly and were kind and nice.

The store was not busy and with what appeared as 3 or 4 people working they could focus a little on cleaning.

Overall I feel if this store had a deep cleaning and a few upgrades they could bring me back as a customer. Until then I will avoid this...

Edit: gave them 2 stars, switched it to one after discovering my fries are COLD. Not just like sat out for awhile cold, like still frozen on the inside type cold 😠 I have put many years into the service industry myself & know somethings just happen HOWEVER absolutely will not be going back after this visit.

1. a large combo = $18+ ...I would understand if it was loaded with toppings but a fourth of the sandwich didn't even have anything on it? (ordered a junction delight) and the Chicken cordon Bleu I received had no lettuce, no tomatoes, no mayo, no honey mustard AND TO TOP THINGS OFF I could taste other sandwhich flavors from the grill. So I basically received a sub with grease flavored chicken and cheese... that's it. Normally I have patience but when you're charging over 15 dollars for a sub- it should not have Bare spots & should at the very least have the appropriate toppings ESPECIALLY if the employee double confirmed that over the phone. Upon entering Grand Junction, I noticed they had an American flag painting, fitting that it is there, nearby a AFB. Unfitting that the painting has FA-18's on it, and not the F-16 or F-35. Surely: disappointing. The Navy flies F-18's, and the AF flies F-16's.

After ordering with co-workers, 4 of our orders had fries which were unsalted and had no good taste. After opening our to-go bag's, we also found that 2/4 orders were including ingredients which were specifically not asked for, even though the receipt showed the accurate details. One of these ingredients, my co-worker is allergic to (onions). His order was completely useless. The 2 orders which were not containing errors, were actually quite delicious.
