To start out, I work is the food service industry and travel all over the US year round. I am a hospitality professional and so you may or may not accept this review... 1st off the food was good and enjoyable. Definitely no complaints there. The big issuenwith us was our server. A couple of us asked more than once for the young man's name and not once did he ever give it to us. When we arrived we came in as a business dinner a group of professional business individuals. The first thing out of this gentleman's mouth was "what do you want". As professionals in this industry we knew right away that this was not going to be the type of service that anybody should ever receive. When we arrive to our table we picked up our menus and our menu stuck to the table there was slime and water underneath of them. When this young gentleman arrived we asked him to wipe off the table and he said exactly in these words what do you want to drink. Our CEO said nothing until we can ask to have our table wiped off. He literally sighed out loud and walked away. About 5 to 7 minutes later he came back with a towel and wiped it off then he looked directly in my CEO's eyes and said now what can I get you. Yes the food was amazing but the service sucked. What is funny is there were two ladies sitting at a table two tables down from us who got all of his attention. We are pay attention to details that's what we get paid to do he literally talked to them in a more professional kind respectable way than he did four guys who spend thousands of dollars every week on food eating out when we're on business trips. A young lady brought our food out and had more courtesy and more respect for what we needed and what we wanted then our own server. After our food was served we never saw our server again for about 50 minutes. One of our district managers had to actually get up and go up to the bar to where he was sitting at the end and asked can we get our tabs. This is truly one of the most unprofessional servers I have ever met. I can guarantee you that if he ever worked in one of our locations he would be gone...
Read moreHi well me and my wife went to Buffalo wild wings 19 Ave Fargo ND, we got there, we sat there 5 or 6 minutes before the waitress can to our table(It was not busy at all we went around 5:30 pm, well we ordered our food, when it came the food was cold, so we told the waitress, that the food was cold, the onion rings felt cold to the touch and my fries were cold also, everything else was only Luke warm, so we told the waitress of the issue, she said she would get a manager, well about 4 minutes went by, she came back, and said and I quote, she mentioned that she could take this order and have a new one brought out or you can keep this order and we will just take it off our bill, I had a beer also, after that a manager stopped by and asked how everything was, I told him the food was cold and then I mentioned what the waitress said to us and that she said she talked to a manager, now the manager that came by our table said the she never talked to him, so he said he would talk to her, I ordered another beer, so we proceeded to eat the cold meal, left most of it, So when we got the bill every thing we had was on the bill even though the waitress said if we keep this order they would take it off our bill they did not, so we called the manager back to our table, He began saying that she had no right to offer to take it off our bill, he explained since she offered to get us a new order that he could not take the our meal order off the ticket only thing he said he took one of the beers off the ticket, if what she offered us was not right and she did not talk to a manager, If that's the case I definitely would of sent the order back and got a fresh meal, but she offered if we keeper this meal it would be taken off our bill, so we opted to keep the meal we had thinking it would not be charged to us, I ended up paying for it all minus 1 beer. Not a happy camper, we have never had a bad meal from them until now 7/4/2005 our meal was 44.00 and some change, this really burns my hide that...
Read moreIs "0" stars an option? Worst group dining experience of my life. We were in town for the Squirt International hockey tourney and thought BWW would be a good spot for a team meal. It wasn't. We had called 2 weeks in advance to give the manager notice of our group coming in for lunch. We also called in advance the day of our visit and then had a few parents arrive before the team to try and expedite the process and make the staff's life a little easier. Wasted effort. It took over an hour to receive the 1st plates of food and the last were over 2 hours. The staff, as much as they may have tried, was inefficient and incompetent in their efforts. My food had clearly been done for quite a while before it was delivered, evidenced by the cold temperature and nearly indestructible rock hard bun my burger came on. All of this while we watched other patrons come, eat their meals and go long before we sniffed our food.
The incompetency of the restaurant was fully exposed when we dropped into Old Chicago unannounced the following day for lunch and were promptly served, fed and on to the rest of our day in an hour...and they appreciated our business and served us with a smile. BWW never again, at least not...
