Casey's — Restaurant in Fargo

This is a general note for all Casey's that applies heavily to some and to others in a lesser degree. The 3 star rating was purposeful and really serves as a place holder.

Many of your stores when you enter and shop are crowded and understaffed. The people which you employ do not seem happy at all. In fact I often here about how they are looking for something else.

The pizza you offer is in my opinion the best gas station pizza I will buy and eat. If I have any complaint it is often greasy and as of late the pepperoni pizza is not even cooked and in the pizza warmer. So I cannot get what I want when I am there.

There is a new kid in town though and that is the Kwik Trip stores and their customer service makes it a wonderful place to go! That makes it very easy to get used to.

I will swing into Casey's from time to time, however the longer I walk into a store and feel like I am not wanted there and that cell phones are more important the less likely this customer...

Called this morning to order a breakfast pizza. The gentleman in the kitchen that I talked to was very nice and helpful. He said they would get the order in right away. When I got there, the woman at the register helped me right away and ran back to get my pizza. The gentleman in the kitchen recognized my name and made a point to come and thank me for the order and to have a great day. This level of customer service was a great experience to start my day, and I just wanted to thank the staff. There is a Casey’s closer to my house that didn’t answer this morning when wanting to order the pizza, so called this location and will make it a point to drive a few extra minutes for this wonderful...

This is my go-to gas station. The one. Like above all the other ones that exist, and should be the mother ship store, if thats a thing.

I stop at this Casey's pretty much every other day. The employees, for real, all of them, are phenomenal and super accommodating, and lemme just say.... the pizza here? It is THE best slices* I've had at any Casey's location. Thats a pretty strong statement, too.

Make sure to get the Caseys app, even if you only sporadically stop there. It has more coupons/specials/offers than any other retail app I use.
