Koda Koffee — Restaurant in Fargo

Overall, I've had good experiences at Koda. They have good products for a reasonable price. But my last two experiences here have left me frustrated and that is with their cups and lids. Last week my husband got a black coffee. We watched her put the lid on and it seemed fine when he handed it to her. But 10 minutes later when he went to take a drink (holding it the cup not the lid) the lid flew off and he spilled hot coffee all over himself. Then today when I went to put my iced drink in my cup holder (again holding it by the cup not the lid), the lid again came off and went everywhere. Combine this with waiting almost 15 minutes at the window for my drink, it was not a pleasant experience.

While overall I do enjoy Koda, I cannot be cleaning out my car every time I go there due to their faulty products. I will be back in a few months time and hopefully by that point they will have...

I had an incredible experience at Koda Koffee! The cozy atmosphere and welcoming staff feels right at home. The coffee is absolutely top-notch—they 3 different blends of their own beans. I tried their latte, and it was outstanding. They also have a fantastic selection of baked goods and sandwiches. They even have GF options on the menu! The staff is friendly, knowledgeable. Visited Koda Koffee for the 1st time today. Opened the door to a very warm welcome and amazing customer service. Our barista was extremely nice, friendly, and talkative. The Koffee was super coffee forward and tasted great. Prices are also unbeatable! Highly recommended a visit.
