This is a few months belated, but I am finally able to write a review. I saw an article in the newspaper last fall of the opening of Little Brother. I happened to be going to a show downtown, and the restaurant we originally were planning to go to was closed (thankfully)! We ordered the steamed gyoza and seaweed salad. They both were delicious.
My mom ordered the Korean beef with rice and Asian slaw. She was disappointed because it was ground beef and she thought to be a small portion for the price. I ordered the caramelized pork, rice, kimchi, and an extra side of pickled daikon/carrots. It was pretty good. My sister ordered the Korean chicken wings, and those were the best!! It was a good portion and had a nice crispy exterior and flavor.
I like their sister restaurant Sirirath Thai and now Little Brother. The place has good service and is clean. I highly recommend...
Read moreWe wanted something different. We wanted to try a few things out. So we ordered one plate and a couple of what we considered apps to share. We ordered the crispy chicken. It came with white rice and a side. We chose the Asian slaw. We had a choice of 2 sauces on the chicken. They let us try both. One sauce was mild and the other had a little afterburn. Both were good and definitely were crispy. The Asian slaw had a nice tang to it. One of the apps was Gyoza dumplings. I think they were deep-fried with a little crisp to them. They came with dipping sauce. We ordered the pork filled, which had good mild flavor. We both thought they were wonderful. The second app were the spring rolls, with a dipping sauce. We also enjoyed them. We ARE going back. The staff were friendly and helpful. We liked the decor, and how clean the place was. We are sorry it us so long to...
Read moreIf you love fried chicken or chicken wings, you absolutely HAVE to try Little Brother. Seriously, this place is a game-changer. I had the Korean Crispy Chicken Wings with the spicy red sauce, and let me tell you, these wings were the crispiest wings I’ve ever had. And I’ve eaten wings from the West Coast to the South. These wings were FIRE. Super crispy, and the sauce? Simply unbeatable.
But hold on, it gets better. My wings came with white rice and a side of kimchi that was definitely homemade. That kimchi? Incredible. My wife got the wings with the soy garlic sauce, and those were equally amazing. I’m telling you, this place knows how to do wings right.
So, if you’re looking for the best wings in town, Little Brother is THE spot. Trust me, you won’t regret it. Drop everything and go check...
