I cried in this nut free bakery. I didn’t have to ask them what ingredients they use. It was 100% safe for me with my nut allergies. They even have cannolis! Kayla helped me pick out nearly a million cookies and was so sweet and understanding of my tears. The quality and flavors are out of this world, the Twix cookie is to die for!! The mini tea cookies with sprinkles melt in your mouth. The pricing is amazing as well, I figured they would be more expensive as they are dairy and nut free but I spent what feels like nothing for so many things!! I cannot wait until my next visit!

We got a gluten free unicorn cake for my daughter’s 7th birthday today. Her little sister has anaphylactic allergies to eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, sunflower, and sesame. We also avoid gluten. This was her first time ever having a non homemade cake for this reason. She was so excited, it was beautiful and delicious, and her little sister was able to eat it with no problems at all! Thank you!!

We ordered an egg free cake and cupcake from this location. While the cupcake tasted ok, the cake was absolutely awful. This feedback was also from my guests. Not only were the decorations on the cake not what we asked for (minus the writing on top of the cake), it tasted dry, was crumbling when we cut into it, tasteless and stale. I had one guest say the cake tasted as though it had been sitting out for weeks. Their way of decorating it was squiggly lines all over and in colors we did not ask for. Also, when I went to pick up the cake, the employees were rude and short with me (except the young girl who bagged my items). I ended up purchasing other, regular cupcakes because the cake was also smaller than what I was told it would be and I was worried I wouldn’t have enough to feed my guests. Those were fine, but a bit stale tasting. I called the bakery to let them know about our cake and the disappointment. I was very corgile and apologized for having to give negative feedback, but stated it was for the best interest of their business, I was only trying to help and to see if there was anything they could do. The women I spoke with was ok, but got defensive when I shared the horrible taste of the cake. She finally apologized at the end of the call and said her husband would call me back to make it right. Two weeks later and I haven’t received a single call, which is why I’m writing a review. If a business were to call, apologize and maybe offer to make things better, I would have more respect for them. Not Bake Station Too. I also recommended them to someone else before this incident. I made sure to tell them what happened right away and she ended up taking her order somewhere else. She mentioned she had picked up a few gluten free items to try from them and had the same experience as well as a negative customer experience. Too bad, because they are convenient, but I’d rather give my business to a more respectable and better tasting establishment. There are very simple things businesses can do to better their customer service, Bake Station Too is obliviously not worried about getting new clientele or keeping existing. They must have a good enough support base where a negative experience doesn’t mean much to them. Needless to say, I won’t be going back and neither will my family...

Probably my most recent visit will most likely be my last. I’ve ordered 3 cakes from here and only 1 had nice decorations. And that’s even going out my way to go to the store to place the order. Showing pictures of other cakes doesn’t help either. Frosting comes in several shades darker than expected. The 2nd cake was so bad I had to pick a random cake in the display case. For the 3rd cake, the top edge wasn’t a clean edge (uneven application). When I asked about adding a border or something similar to hide the mistakes on the 3rd cake I was met with resistance. When pushing back saying that the cake decorator should have artistic license to cover mistakes, the employee got defensive saying she wasn’t the one who took my order. Also don’t call the store to place orders over the phone. I always get met with a passive aggressive tone saying that they are busy. I’d like to think I’m a patient and reasonable person so I don’t know why my experience as a customer has sucked every time I try to give this place a chance. I would recommend the owner to help improve their employees’ customer service skills and how to deal with stressful/uncomfortable situations. Also go easy on how much coloring is in the icing when a customer is asking for a lighter...

Usually like going here because it's nut free. Everything tastes great and have never had an issue besides the last visit. Ordered a cake for a 9 year old with a nut allergy. He wanted a Pokemon character and we brought in a Pokemon card to copy the picture for the cake. We put it in a ziplock bag so it would be protected. When we picked up the cake the card was not in the ziplock bag and he was handed the card and looked upset. When we got to the car I asked him what was wrong and he said they ruined my card. When we got the cake home the girl who boxed up the cake had put the sides of the box inside the box and it messed up the frosting on the sides of the cake. Usually they tape the sides of the box on the outside so that doesn't happen. Called the shop and was told to email one of the owners. Haven't received any response yet. Was very disappointed! UPDATE..... I did receive a reply to my email. And they are going to talk to the employees about the issues. And they are actually sending a new Pikachu Pokemon card that they found online...
