Famous Fried Chicken — Restaurant in Farmington Hills

RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AS FAST AS YOU CAN DO NOT EAT HERE! If I could give this place zero stars I would. We order their 21pc. Boasted chicken dinner with colesaw and mashed potatoes as well as a whole slab of ribs dinner. While ordering over the phone the man we spoke to started having a conversation mid order and then got mad when we repeated our order. Upon arriving the place is dirty and in disarray.This shouldn't have been a red flag but we went home with our food anyway. When we started eating was really the kicker. The chicken was extremely dry that you couldn't take one bite without choking. The coleslaw and mashed potatoes we're sour in taste. The whole slab of ribs came with 1 piece of garlic bread a small side of coleslaw not enough for a whole family meal. The potatoe wedges were also very small and dry. When we called to speak to then about bring it back for a refund the man on the phone argued with us and said everything was fresh and there was no way there was a problem. He also told me he pressure cooked the chicken for 45 minutes, im pretty sure that's not a method of boasting chicken. He also kept claiming they've been around for 32 years there's not way the food was not good. When bring the food back they tried to fight returning our money. We brought everything that hadn't Bottom been bit into and they tried to claim they can't gieb us a full refund. We stud there arguing for 10 minutes as he kept telling us all the famous people from California who have eaten his food and all the regular customers he has. I have been to this location quite a few times but the last 2 times were not good so are they website it says they close at 9:00 p.m. so when I got there it was like 8:25 8:30 he says to me and my friend were closed so he had like 20 minutes or so to make us something to eat so clearly he didn't want our business so we left. I gave it another shot went there on Saturday October 1st their signs in the door and on the window that says open on the hours it says they open up at 11:00 well I'm assuming he opened up early on October 1st will I walk in and he says I'm not open yet I'm like well why do you have the door unlocked if you're not open then he goes to say I apologize it's going to take a while and he couldn't at least took my order I could have ran next door or went down to the gas station but he showed no customer service at all clearly didn't want my business for the day but why do you have your open signs showing on the window and door and the door unlocked if you don't open until 11:00 that was the last straw I will not be patronizing this...

We visited here the day of the Super Bowl and it was just turning 6:00 p.m. I was putting in a big order for wings and the guy behind the counter complained and was very aggressive to say how many wings I could get based on him having to make me wait 30 minutes to drop fresh wings... which would never be a problem to have fresh food. But I just had questions on the quantity being a first time customer he also told me that they close at 6:00p as well... I found this place on Google and it said they were open till 8:00p.
