Friday night, 11pm, my boyfriend and I ordered 2 lbs of wings with sauce on the side. Simple enough right? Apparently not because we received 2 lbs of rubbery plain bland wings and no sauce whatsoever roughly an hour and twenty minutes later after being given a window of 30-45 minutes. Once we received our order (we're pretty laid back and didn't mind that it was late) we called to let them know they forgot a crucial part of our order. The lady, (Jaquice?) argued with my boyfriend on the phone for a solid ten minutes that we must just be stupid because we got what we ordered, and then told us there's no corporate office to speak to about the experience and that they were closing and leaving to go home so deal with it tomorrow. We exclusively order from Happys, as our experience in Monroe Michigan was always absolutely fantastic. This is our first order from the Farmington store and it's definitely our last. If Jaquice answers the phone for your order, just go to the local Kroger and gather up everything you need to make your meal yourself. That way if you mess it up or forget half the damn ingredients, you'll know it was at least actually your fault. Did I mention when we asked for a refund she laughed at us? We are in no way hard to please people. With that being said, I'm cooking dinner at 12:30am while 2 pounds and $30 worth of bland, boring, rubbery chicken is sitting on my counter tonight and nobody from Happy's has any intention to reimburse me or at least let me come pick up some damn sauce despite me paying a $3 delivery charge. When he went to pick up the food it was completely wrong. They gave him a cheese burger with no lettuce but with bacon and no fries or onion rings. The sides were for our son. When he informed them the order was wrong they said he was wrong this is what you ordered. Then he asked to speak with the manager and the guy said I am the manager. My husband gave up and came home with the wrong order as given and we will not be going back. My husband made a second trip to get our son some fries from another place. My husband tolerates a lot but i refuse to allow him to tolerate bad service. We work hard at our jobs for our customers and expect the same service. Our family will no longer be eating at that happys pizza or any other happys establishment. Glad Farmington Hills has plenty of other options available. If this was the 1st time this place did this, i might consider giving them another chance and find the real manager to complain but after reading other reviews, I see this is how they run their business.
