Papa Romano's Pizza & Mr. Pita — Restaurant in Farmington Hills

I ordered a pizza online for pickup at 6:14 today (30 minutes from order placed). When I arrived at 6:15, I was told they did not receive my order. I showed them my receipt, they then went into their email and found my order and said "the system did not fax them the order." They then told me it would be 20 minutes for them to make my one pizza and cheese bread. I told them I had already waited 40 minutes by now and asked if it could be delivered since I drove there and didn't want to wait another 20 minutes, making the pizza ready an hour after I ordered. I was told it would be an hour from now before it could be delivered, making it an hour and 40 minutes from order placed. I then asked to speak to a manager. I asked for a discount since I had waited 40 minutes and was now being asked to wait 20 more minutes for pickup or an hour for delivery. They refused to discount the order and refused to deliver sooner than an hour. They said "it's not our fault." I left. This was very bad customer service. They were very unorganized and could not find the order for the man who was before me either, but they did after a few minutes. We had just moved here and were hoping to make it our go-to pizza place. They just lost our business.

Highly Disappointed! I order frequently from this location "ONLINE ORDERS" I get the same thing every-time. Greek Large Salad and a Veggie Sub with no green peppers. Today I ordered the items on line, when i get to the store im expecting my food to be ready since i per-order 25 minutes in advance. I get there Brian pointed out on the receipt do i want ROMAINE in my salad. I said um yes the only thing i do not want is beets, and peppers. I was on my lunch break at that, i get back home to pig out and as soon as i open my salad container there is long strand of Blonde hair all up in the salad wrapped around the black oval size olives. "That ticked me off" I went to open up my sub and there was two pieces of white strands of hair in my sub. An my dressing for my salad should have been GREEK DRESSING i was given some orange color dressing. I have never had a problem with this location up until today. I called of coarse and he agreed to re-making my order, my thing is "ARE HAIR NETS BEING ENFORCED?" That baffled me because for one i now have to drive back up there to get my order correctly made. Very poor customer service. I went there to buy cheese Pizza for my kids on 04/20/2018 around 6:00 PM and I asked the guy at the cashier if they have ready Pizza for pickup and I was stunned by the sarcastic way the guy answered my question. I admit I'm not a native English speaker (and so is the guy), but I deserve to be treated with respect and dignity. when I got there I asked "do you sell cheese" assuming that it is clear for him it is a cheese Pizza as they only sell pizza, but instead of nicely clarifying my question the answer was surprisingly ironic. He raised his voice and said "don't try to be smart " and he went on saying stupid things and and the end he said "take the door keep walking".
