Saroki's Crispy Chicken & Pizza — Restaurant in Farmington Hills

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at your restaurant. My family and I purchased a meal costing $55, but unfortunately, it resulted in severe food poisoning.

The coleslaw in particular appeared to be spoiled, and we believe it may have been the cause of our illness. We experienced symptoms including bloating, vomiting, hot flashes, body aches, and fever, which persisted throughout the night and into the next day.

As a customer, I expect a certain level of quality and safety in the food I consume. It's unacceptable that your restaurant failed to meet these basic expectations.

I hope you take immediate action to investigate this incident, review your food handling practices, and take steps to prevent similar incidents in the future.

Due to this experience, I will not be returning to your restaurant and will be sharing my feedback with others.

I recently tried Saroki's Crispy Chicken & Pizza at Farmington Hills Locations after they installed a brand-new brick oven. Let me tell you — the difference is night and day! The moment I walked in, I could smell the rich, smoky aroma of the gas-fired pizza, which immediately set my expectations high.

Atmosphere: The new brick oven really adds to the rustic, cozy feel of the restaurant. The open kitchen lets you see the chefs working their magic, adding an extra touch of excitement to the dining experience.

The Pizza: As for the pizza itself, the brick oven has definitely elevated the flavor. The crust is perfectly crispy on the outside, with a soft, chewy interior that holds up wonderfully under the toppings. The char from the oven gives the pizza a slightly smoky, crispy edge, which I love. The ingredients taste fresh, and the sauce is flavorful without being too overpowering.

Frequented Wixom Saroki’s for several years. Farmington Hills location ideal. Pizza is incredibly delicious, biscuits scrumptious, chicken strips crispy and yummy. Business is clean and service is excellent. A real treasure.

Last week ordered chef salad and baklava both of which were excellent. Stopped by today ordered large cheese pepperoni pizza. Shared with couple people who were very happy indeed. They loved your pizza. All employees are helpful, friendly and courteous. Thank you.
