I wish I had read the reviews first. To call the quality of food here trash would be a massive compliment.
Get this: you haven’t eaten for the whole day, you figure you’ll just fork out $10 to buy yourself a meal. You decide to reluctantly go to Arby’s because you’re assuming it’ll be cheaper than Subway. Then you see the menu. The cheapest burger is $8. The picture looks gross, but you’ve already spent hundreds of bucks paying for your family to get into the park in the first place… so you buy it and an $8 chocolate shake (Because that’s the only appetizing item on the menu). So $16 total just for you to eat.
You regret instantly wasting precious money on such a little amount of food… but at least you have some dinner before you leave the park. The sandwich is absolutely disgusting. In fact, the cafeteria food from the elementary school you went to decades ago has food you’d rather have than this gross bread slapped together with some suspicious meat and cheese in it. You have trouble finishing it because of how disgusting it tastes, but at least you have your chocolate shake… your $8 chocolate shake that the worker went to town on with the chocolate syrup. It tastes like you literally just squeezed straight chocolate syrup into your mouth and then topped it off with whipped cream. It’s also a small size when you thought you ordered a large for the money you spent on it.
You leave the park dissatisfied and feeling like you’ve been stripped of your money and your dignity. You had a fun time waiting 2 hours in line for the overrated Premodial rollercoaster, but now all you can think about weeks later is how you got gypped of your $16+ in desperation for food to avoid starving. This was the experience I had and the experience you’ll have by ordering at this Arby’s. Just like the line for the premodial rollercoaster, it’s...
Read moreIt doesn't take 4 people to watch the ONE order coming out. The employees obviously have no idea how to prioritize. 3 customers ahead of us took 10 minutes to have their orders taken. By the time the next customer was approached by an employee (of which there were 3 of them standing and doing nothing while their manager was off God knows where), the previous customer's order was already done. So it seems the people making the food are the only ones that know what's going on. On top of that, the whole store was dirty, flies everywhere, several of the ketchup packets were mysteriously sticky. Food was good. Marked up by almost 200%, but that's understandable. Awful,...
Read moreMy daughter really wanted Arby's; she ordered a sandwich, fries and a beverage and was charged $14.53; our total to feed the remaining 4 members of our party at the Subway next door came to less than $30.00. Monica at Arby's refused to refill her beverage, stating it was park policy to charge $2.99 for any refills. I'm stunned Arby's is still in business at this location at prices like this, when it's so much cheaper to eat elsewhere at Lagoon. I won't be bringing my business back to this location again at prices like this and poor...
