Don't shop here. Very bad customer service. My mother was in from out of town and we decided to shop there together. There was only one register open (on a Saturday) and this register had a trainee and she was really slow. There was a Mexican couple waiting in front of us but not behind the line like they should have been, but by the trainee's register. My mother and I waited in line and another register opened: a blonde older cashier. My mother went up to pay, and when she was checked out, I stepped up to check out myself. The older Mexican couple who was still waiting on the trainee, cut front of me after the old blonde cashier flagged them, she completely ignore that I was next in line. That couple should have been behind the line. That old blonde lady let the couple cut in front of me to pay. I told her that I was behind my mother and next in line, the Mexican couple snapped at me and pushed me out of the way. She said that THEY were next in line, and ignored me. I was very upset, because I WAS NEXT. So i stood by and waited, and then this b!tcch started to ring up another customer who got there after me. My husband pushed himself in apologized to the customer who was paying and forced the old blonde lady cashier to ring me up, I stood by him and she was so nervous her attitude quickly disappeared. It was very degrading to be treated this way, I was visibly upset and felt myself shaking, I have not been treated this unprofessionally in any...

I love Ross, but my experience at this Ross last Saturday evening was absolutely horrible. There were 20 people in line and only 1 check stand open!! Meanwhile, the manager and a couple other employees were laughing, talking, and having a grand ole time in customer returns. There was no urgency to help those of us in line (the one teenage girl who was working the only check stand was working very hard though, and apologized for the long wait). Then when I complained to the manager about the long line and bad costumer service she wouldn’t even look at me, she just kept looking down at whatever she was doing that was apparently much more important than the 20 customers in line who were very unhappy. Had I not been from out of town, I would have left the store empty handed and not waited like other customers who walked...

I shop here a lot for my grand kids but after yesterday I won't be back.. The girl that rang me out was so rude! I had 3 huge bags and my 2 year old grandson with me. You can't take their carts outside. Knowing I was struggling to have him and carry the bags which I could barely hold up off the ground with one arm, she tells me I can leave my paid for stuff by the door and come back for it if I needed to make two trips.. Ya, I'll just leave it by the door so people can take it.. The worst part was 2 managers were sitting in between the registers doing nothing and they couldn't even offer to help me.. worst customer service I've ever had. I was so grateful that someone left a harrmons cart right outside the door. I was able to put all the bags in that and...
