Farmington Chipotle is one of the only places that offers a plant based option on their menu in the area. However, every time my husband & I visit this location they either don’t have any fresh portions available or they say they won’t be making any more for the day. Plus, the sofritas that is available are bottom of the barrel crumbles (not enough for even one portion) that is dried out and look like it’s been sitting out all day. My husband & I voiced our concerns and the manager said he doesn’t have any control of it and it’s whenever the truck comes in. We then asked “how often does the truck make its deliveries?”, he responded with “I can’t disclose that information.” I then said “Well that’s sad”, so my husband asked what his name was and he kept responding “I can’t disclose that information.” My husband then asked “What is the managers name above you?”, and he again responded with “I can’t disclose that information”. My husband ended up getting a business card and we decided to leave. As we were walking out the door, he says “can you please leave, thank you.” Whoever that guy is, he has terrible customer service and shouldn’t be the manager of this establishment if the only thing we were trying to essentially get answers on was how often does the Sofritas get cooked because we’re tired of eating...
Read moreI've been to countless Chipotle's in California and Arizona and one thing has always remained a common factor, the portions are always huge. Today was my first day to the Chipotle here in Farmington and I was extremely disappointed. We waited in line for about 30 minutes (which was not the issue), and as soon as we got to order our food, the girl that was helping us was SO RUDE. She took my boyfriend's order and said they were out of black beans and asked if he wanted to wait about 6 minutes for the next batch. He said he was okay with waiting and she replied "well you're gonna have to remember to come get your beans because I'm not going to remember to get them, I'm too busy". She then scooped a small bit of rice into the bowl and then poured the remainder of the beans "they ran out of" which was plenty into the bowl. We go to pay and I ask for a side of chips and guacamole, the girl rings me out, fails to charge me for the chips, and I kindly remind her of the side. She then charges me and forgets to give the side of chips and guacamole.
Everytime Farmington gets a new place of business, it's like nobody is properly trained on what customer service should be, especially in the food industry. I've experienced this very issue in countless places of businesses...
Read moreI've always wanted to try Chipotle, it seemed so fresh & delicious on TV. My mother & I were in the Farmington area wanting to try ths plc so, we stopped thr. Once I stepped inside I had a bad vibe abt the plc, I though it would at least smell fresh or delicious but it didn't. It was quiet with a few customers eating. I approach the counter & told the young lady that this is our 1st time trying Chipotle. Ths girl was lacking the energy of enthusiasm. She talked so low I could barely hear a word she sid abt the menu whn we asked her wht she would she recommend for a couple of first timers. She did not recommended anything, she had use choosing our own meal. Aft paying $30+ I thought it was outrageous cuz aft having 1 bit I did not lik wht I was having, I had a weird aft taste & my stomach wasn't feeling too well. Just thinking of tht plc turned my stomach, the tables were dirty, the guy pouring drinks into a another container was getting the counter wet, he didn't seem to care or no1 seemed to care abt thr job proformance. Never again will I or my mother eat at...
