Dali Crepes — Restaurant in Farmington

I came to the Farmington one on opening night at 8:15 and waited in line for 20 minutes. There was only two people in front of me and it was taking forever. And then after my 20 minutes of waiting the teenagers behind the counter said that they can’t serve anyone else and we all need to leave because they close in 30 minutes. I just wanted to order one crepe and I had looked forward to this all day so I was really disappointed that I waited all that time to just be kicked out. The three stars is because their food looks good but the service was very disappointing.

Edit June 2025- I went back to give this place a second chance after a disappointing first try 7 months ago and I actually had a great experience. The food was great! The atmosphere and the place are beautiful. However, that is so overpriced for a few reasons:

1. $50+ for two crepes and coffee is a bit much when the location is self-serve. There are no waiters and you have to pick up the food yourself. For the same price, we’ve been to a different location of the same Dali Crepes and the quality of service was much better. Here, the staff did a good job, but the other location had waiters. For exact same price of one visit.
2. Paper plates and no silverware. I’d expect at least the normal plates and silverware for food. With cups instead of the paper cups. That makes the impression and the overall joy less.

Terrible service. We waited for them to open today—they opened at 12:10. We were about the 5th group in line as soon as we got to the counter we were told they were no longer taking orders and for us to come back in 30 minutes. My son and I left went shopping at the world market and came back in 40 minutes. We went straight to the counter and were told they were working on online orders and would take our order shortly.
