Madbrook Donut Company — Restaurant in Farmington

Tried coming to get donuts but there was no one to be found, I waited about ten min and even tried calling with no answer. There wasn't a sign up or anything that said they were gone. As I was leaving two girls walked in an employee entrance it looks like to buy more cups. I went back in and and they didn't apologize or anything and acted like they didn't just leave a store unsupervised. My desire to try any donuts from here was gone.

Two girls don't need to be leaving the storefront and if they were both leaving should've left a note or a sign that said "be back at so and so time". So unprofessional. I was looking forward to trying this place but will not be back. But looking at other reviews, looks like I’m better off getting donuts...

Tasty donuts, TERRIBLE service. I was in last week and was helped promptly and the food was excellent. I went in today on my break, around 5:30, and there was no one at the counter. I announced myself twice, with no response. Then I leaned into the window and looked over to my left, and saw a young blonde girl on her phone, hiding behind a baking rack and a stack of boxes. Completely unacceptable.

I don’t know if I’ll be going back, and I’ll make sure my coworkers and customers (I work at a popular business in Station Park), know how despicable the service was, and to avoid eating there.

I really enjoy the food here. Super tasty fries and delicious donuts. BUT they get my order wrong every time I go. EVERY time. I think they need to adopt the policy of every time an order is messed up, a dollar is taken away from their paycheck. I am very serious about this idea. My only concern would be that the employees would end up owing...
