FOR STUDY/WORK: Get a mini table or a seat at the long table to eventually charge your devices. Bring headphones, pack snacks since the food isn’t filling, wear a layer you can take off and sit on, and have a personal hotspot bc the wifi cuts out.
Plenty of parking outside peak hours. The music is a bearable volume for a short period, but it’s an open floor plan with no sound absorption and the usual grinding, blending, cafe noises. Plenty of mini-table seating along the wall of windows that provide most of the daytime light but it's not overly bright anyway and it's great for reading paper or screens. The seats are all hard. Each mini table has its own outlet; bar stools don't, the long, center table has many outlets built-in. Single person bathrooms, push to leave door but no paper towels. Read moreThe interior has had a makeover since my last visit (about a year ago). On one hand, it's more suited to the 'work remotely' mindset - as it has fewer tables and chairs. But then there's a big table with many chairs! So, I'm not sure on that count - I guess you must be able to work in a noisy environment then.
The drink I ordered was available very promptly and as refreshing as I expected - so service and quality should be as good as they were in the past.

The store is usually really clean and in good shape, and the orders are completely pretty quick too!
Every time I place a mobile order about 5 minutes before arriving it is ready. I have never had an issue with any drink I have ordered either. A couple times ordering in person I think I have gotten trainees that are not the most friendly/greeting me and asking for my order, but I think that comes with time and hopefully will get better.
