McDonald's — Restaurant in Farmington

I am disappointed because my order is frequently wrong or missing items. Today I ordered two sausage McMuffins with no sausage and extra cheese, 1 hash brown, 1 sausage burrito, a side of scrambled eggs with a large coke no ice. For some reason I got no sausage burrito (thank you very much) and 3 hash browns. I didn't want 3 hash browns. I wanted my sausage burrito. I am not sure how someone can mistake 1 sausage burrito for 3 hash browns. It's not the same quantity or same spelling of word. I am not asking you to save the world, just get my order right. It's not the first time this has happened either but it's gonna be the last time. I can go to other places that serve breakfast, I didn't want to, but if you can't get a simple order right why should I continue to go e you my money. I couldn't come back and get it fixed as I placed the order through th McDonald's app and then went through the drive thru on my way to work so I don't have time to turn around and hold your hand to get my food order correct. Thanks for starting off my day great....not! I included a copy of my receipt and a picture of my order. As you can see what I got does not match what I ordered. The question is...why? Why would this possibly be so hard? I am very confused on the struggle...

I had placed my order; over 35 dollars through the drive thru . It was after 11:00 pm. They were busy. They forgot one of my son's spicy crispy chicken sandwich. We found out after pulling to the side to check our order . I did not want to get back to the farm where we live on Sullivan Road to find out that it might not be right. I called the store's phone got no answer. I called back the second time and got somebody and told them that the order was wrong and they said I had to go through the drive through and they would bring it out to me where I was parked. I went back to the drive-thru 15 minutes later got to the Marquee told him I understood they were busy but they messed up on my order and told him that the french fries were a joke that we ordered as well. The manager apologized they replaced my French fries and gave me two extra orders of fries. So did two free orders of french fries compensate for my time and my gas spent through the drive through ? You do the math I didn't get home till after midnight. I'm not loving it!!!! I do want to thank them all for there...

They forgot my basket of fries in a pick up order. Found out after I had gone home so I had to drive back up for my order. Went in and there was a leafy ahead of me and she left without paying. Cashier was crying as I walked up and as a customer I was trying to ask her if she was okay and if she needed a moment and if she needed to go to the bathroom then this fake blonde with a pink septum ring walks up and puts her hand up basically trying to tell me to shut up and then proceeds to talk to the cashier that was crying. Eventually a manager came over and asked if she was okay and told her to take a 10 minute break and she did. I was left with the fake blonde who asked me if the three frappes that the lady before me had asked for but didn’t pay for and just left. Told the fake blonde I needed a basket of fries that was not in my bag and she proceeds to try and find “who the frappes” belong to and then started taking a tray to each table and not telling anyone that all I needed was a basket of fries.
