Easily the BEST BAKERY IN KNOXVILLE. This is a locally owned, bakery, using tried and true Austrian/German family recipes, real butter, and lots of love. The owner makes everything from scratch, herself. She uses meringue to begin her icing, not Crisco like many other places. Chris's (Christine) background is in ART. She lives to serve these beautiful creations. I look forward to ordering our family's birthday cakes from here.

Great experience! The cupcakes are delicious. My favorites are the ones with cream cheese icing because I love cream cheese, but all were scrumptious! When I went last weekend, she had a strawberry cake with cream cheese icing that I wanted, but I was already getting one of every cupcake she had, so it would have been too much for us. However, if she has another one next time I go, I will get it. I have informed my husband that I want that kind of cake for my birthday, so maybe he'll try to order one for me. She has the best chocolate chip cookies, too! She came up with her recipe after repeated tries to please her husband until he was finally satisfied. Her efforts paid off. I will definitely be back for more! She provides excellent customer service and is very informative. Thank you so much!...

All I can say is WOW. I found this place on a whim and the owner Chris was able to create exactly what I wanted for my daughter’s 1st birthday party. Everybody LOVED the red velvet cake and we also got assorted cupcakes. She was even able to make me a few gluten free cupcakes, which meant a lot because one of the kids is strictly gluten free and I was so happy he could enjoy with the rest of us/not feel left out! Her prices are super reasonable. She is just fantastic. One of my guests at today’s party enjoyed so much that they plan to go to her for their baby shower in a few weeks. And the cake was huge-I was able to give people slices to take home! I will absolutely be back next time I need a cake and highly recommend!!! Do yourself a favor and support this...
