Parlor Doughnuts — Restaurant in Farragut

First time having parlor donuts and figured we would try it. We did an online order, ordered 4 donuts, when we got there our order was still not ready, the resturant staff seemed confused, and very clumsy, like they weren't very sure what was going on. An extra !5 min of waiting after we arrived we finally received our order. First look the donuts were surprisingly small in size and appeared to be like syrup was just poured on top for frosting. After the first bite the donut was very dry and super, super sweet like eating a table spoon of sugar but 5 times sweeter. No flavor but sweet. We were very disappointed and chucked them in the trash. The donuts were not cheap as well at $4.25/each. I guess we are use to eating much better donuts than this. Dunkin donuts is 25 times better than these donuts and thats not much of a compliment.(Not a good donut eIther IMO)We won't ever be back. Trash Parlor is...

I decided to try this new place today. I ordered several donuts and decided to treat my 2 dogs with 2 of their Pawlor donuts. I got home and opened the bag. I'm not sure what I saw. (See photos and compare the advertised Pawlor donut to what I got). It looked like someone ate one side of one Pawlor donuts and left half in the bag. Then I turned the other Pawlor donut upside down and saw that one was half a donut. I'm not sure if half an eaten donut is supposed to be a whole Pawlor donut, but if it is, I don't recommend buying them for $2.75 each. If they are considered to be a full size Pawlor donut, that's ridiculous. If they are not full size Pawlor donuts, then someone intentionally put those in our bag knowing they were only half a Pawlor donut. That staff member needs to be...

They do have keto donuts which is nice, but their preparation is different every time so you never get a consistent product. You can order the same thing and sometimes it will have sprinkles, sometimes not. Sometimes it will be slathered in frosting and sometimes almost none. One time they served cherry keto frosting that had gone bad and they said "no, that flavor is always nasty". None of them were willing to taste the batch to confirm it had gone sour, since they all think it's nasty, and they left it on the line for other customers knowing it's probably unsafe to eat.
