This is gonna sound like a "Karen"... and that bothers me cause I'm just nott like that. Ty again "Manager" Landon. On October 18th at 946pm, my wife and I were inside when (store closes at 11pm...) a store message is put out over the intercom, alerting customers the store will be closing soon..?... to be making your final selections and get ready to depart. I immediately walked to an older female employee that was close and asked if she knew, according to online hours, there is over an hour til close. This is where the "manager" (as of yet unknown) rounds the corner from delivering the message and says he didnt say they were closing immediately, just "soon" (obvious hair splitter here folks, but I let that1 ride). Well, we continue shopping, not having any "Further" "store info" being shared past that... I'm thinking I still have time to make another selection or 2 and get the jeans tried on in the dressing rooms. Think again. 2 minutes after 10 pm, I'm at the cash register area ask8ng to be let in a locked dressing room so we can leave when the young female just a matter of fact lying tells me they're closed for the night. I asked if she knew what time it was? That there was almost a while hour til doors lock, to which I was given a "i do not care, the dressing rooms close an hour before the store...". I ask if there is a manager available, that i want one, "now". One would think, incorrectly, that this is where some over zealous attitude would "enter"... you'd be wrong (on my behalf). In walks Landon, back in from a freshly, Lobby Lite, cigarette break, walking straight past me in front of the registers and the other employees, Never stopping to give a customer, with 7 pairs of jeans in tow, the courtesy of a proper discussion... just info the dressing rooms are closed, no help to be had Attitude that even my wife said "we were told they do not care, AND to not ever come back... without saying the words." This the same lil feller that put out the intercom message a few minutes earlier and didn't bother informing me Then, that the dressing room were/would be closing early as well, when I had jeans when speaking to him earlier... He even stated he didn't care when I told him I would be pursuing this to whatever heights needed to have this problem alleviated. SO HERE YOU GO "OWNER(S)". ALLEVIATE IT CAUSE YOU JUST LOST BIG BUSINESS. PRESENT AND FUTURE, FROM ME AND ALL MINE. I'm only sorry i ever had someone that is Paid, a "Manager", AND doesn't care RUIN our nice evening together just before returning home. Read moreThis place is very very good to shop there my parents love to go shop there but one day my dad went with his brother at 6:30 and they knew they close at 10 so they enter with no problem but the employees, brown hair lady told them they were closing but my dad and his brother didn’t care bc it wasn’t time to close so they ignore her,they went home mad bc she was trying to get them out of the store earlier then the time it was supposed to,he told my mom and she didn’t believe that bc it has never happened to us,today 7-12-23 at 8:28 we went with my parents and my little brother,yk his a little kid and he likes to play around but that same older lady really rude and mean told him to get up when he was js sitting down in the floor,she was closing customers out the store when it was js 8:40 not even 11 yet,she was getting us dirty looks and made me and my family very very mad,barely let us look for my little brothers outfits we were planning to buy him,she kept and kept on talking in the microphone that they were closing when it was js 9 already man and it made us mad, she even put the Hispanic employee to talk thinking that my mom didn’t understand inglés but actually my mom didn’t go pay bc it wasn’t even time for them to be closing,my dad came in the store later on and she didn’t let him come in but my dad ignored her,he got his shoes and we all went to pay but barely go out items,we pay with the Hispanic employee and my parents started asking her why they were closing so early she said”is that she closing early bc we need to leave at 10 but she likes to close earlier”basically she the one who being lazy and not let the customers buy the items they want,the manager was the one saying in the microphone they were closing,this couple came in and she was basically going up to them everytime asking if they found what they wanted for them to go and pay already,it’s not the cashier problem it’s the manager who does all of this,the manager is so rude,always has a mean attitude and face and makes the customers feel bad.y’all need to understand that BURLINTON CLOSES 10:00 NOT 6 OR EARLIER THEN...
Read moreWent browsing through the store. A previous customer had left a random bottle sitting on top of clothes. The manager of the store came through and snatched the bottle up snapped at our child standing near by and said "I guess you don't need that". We told her she was inappropriate. Went to the front of the store to make a complaint and that's when we found out she was the manager. We told her we didn't appreciate her snapping at our chid who had nothing to do with the items sitting in the wrong spot. She tried to back track what happened, said she just gets tired of people setting stuff down, snapped a sassy sorry off and basically didn't care and was then rude to our teenager standing there .
