Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings — Restaurant in Farragut

Genuinely have had very good food from them with no problems, however every time I go there, they never fail to get my order wrong every time I order through the app. What is the point of asking for sauce if they are never going to put it in the bag? Anytime I have any level of customization on my order, it never happens. Extra seasoning? Try under seasoning. No ice? Good luck with that, every time I ask for no ice, my drink always comes with ice. The only thing that is keeping this from being a 1 star review is that the food was good. Its not a big deal if it happens once, but this has been a consistent issue with my past orders...

We stop by this location at 8:50pm and we pulled up to he speaker and the lady who was working tonight said what can I get for you I said please give me a Minute and she said you need to order now we Cloes in 2 minutes. That was highly disappointing rushing us to take are order and forgot half of it on top of that she left the window open my wife and I heard the young man in the back cussing because he hade to make orders that late this is very unprofessional very very very disappointed my family and I come to this restaurant about 4 or 5 Times a week and spend close to 300$ maybe it's time to find...

We love Zaxbys food! We eat there quite frequently. The prices are not so bad. The only thing that we’ve ever had happen with our food at all, was a couple of times that we got chicken strips some of the strips were only half or less than the size that they should have been. I realize that there will be pieces like that in the bags of strips that they get, but they should at least give you two of those size strips to count it as a whole strip. I will mention this to them at the store and see if it helps. Otherwise it’s definitely one of our favorite...
