Awesome food best food EVER ran into a slight problem with payment this is good and bad my dad gave me his card to go pay for food and I also a beer while waiting for order which was prompt when order was delivered cashier would not accept card cause id did not match card..ok no big let me speak with manager we can call my dad straighten this out right? No it turned into a big deal ,I'm like ok I'll just go to Walgreens get some cash outta atm bring it back and give it to you sir.(manager) went to atm got 100.00 really thought about ditching place because of the trouble the rudeness impolitnes but I'm not THAT person so I come back pay for the pizza the beer the outstanding dip leave a 50.00 tip and get ready to leave then manager says you can't leave I'm like WHAT? SERIOUSLY? First of all I could've just walked not paid ya nothing but I came back gave a generous tip probably more than the bar keeper if she really got that tip gets tonight makes and your telling me I can't go ,he proceeds to tell me we think you've had to much to drink, by this time my patience is running a little more than thin so I ask to you have a blow and go machine and can you pull your tapes and as you can see by my receipt I purchased only one beer on tap he proceeded to state if I did not allow a taxied or a friend to drive me he would be forced to call the police so as I sat at the front hostess counter awaiting a ride not to stroke the ego of this managers pride again as I did more than once this evening I waited again patiently for my ride from maryville to approach hoping they were in much better spirits than I cause this exceptional pizza along with good service rude management an excellent tip wasted time gas and well I could go on but you should get the picture and I was greating customers in the most kind way should have been on payroll got at least a free pizza back not to mention employee of the month maybe even a raise to " manager" for person skills no matter food is great employees rock manager..that night well needs ego check people skills send him back to the human...

Service was outstanding and the place was nice and clean.
The food is great but it's overpriced. I had the half meatball sub(picture), my mom had a burger (no pics) with fries and my daughters had personal pizzas(no pics) and we all also agreed to that it was great but overpriced. My oldest daughters boyfriend wanted her to bring a pizza home and it was almost 30$ for thier pizza and they aren't that big. But I say again, it's good food and great service but being hot while you're eating isn't comfortable at all and it really ruined the experience and we pretty much all left with togo boxes because of it. Im on old restaurant buff myself and I know theres an old trick in the industry when customers sit around too long occupying tables they want cleared for one reason or another so theyll manipulate the heat and hair to make it uncomfortable so people wont hang around too long and I certainly hope that was a one time thing and maybe thier AC was busted this week...i dont know it was my 1st visit...

Read moreAn AWFUL service experience. We ordered TWO pretzel bites orders. Each comes with 2 sauces, one cheese one red. We also ordered two ADDITIONAL orders of TWO sauces. This is a total of EIGHT sauces. I called and spoke with Raven, prior to placing the order. Asked if we can have ALL 8 sauces cheese, she said absolutely. I received a total of 4 sauces, all cheese, but am missing the other 4 (2 extra orders of 2). Additionally we ordered one pepperoni, extra cheese, and mushroom pizza, and one just pepperoni and extra cheese. We received one pizza with only pepperoni and one pizza with only mushrooms.
I called and spoke with Ellie, the manager. She argued with me for 8 minutes about the sauce count. Offered no solutions until I asked what the solution is. She never ever admitted that we were shorted the sauces, or apologized for the inconvenience. She finally offered a refund, but when I asked for the total, she said “I thought you were busy, you don’t have time for me to calculate the total” WOW.
I called and spoke to a gentleman named Colin, he provided the information for the manager to contact. I will share the experience with him and we will move on to ordering from somewhere that can be accountable for a simple wrong order without necessitating such an excessive amount...
