I rarely leave reviews but hoping this could help someone who may get assigned to this room (101) in the near future when booking this hotel.
We booked a room here as a last minute decision during a long drive- they had vacancy which we appreciated as we needed somewhere to spend a quick night to rest for the rest of our drive the next day.
Our stay in room 101 had as wishing we never stopped for the night as we had an extremely restless and noisy evening.
Room 101 is located on the first floor, last room all the way on the right before hitting the staircase and an exit door. Already with the front window being the closest to the highway we knew that we would possibly hear some car traffic during the night but was manageable.
When we first checked into the room- there we no signs that their would be disturbance of noise however as we settled in for about 2 hours before going to sleep.
As soon as it got later into the night 8:30/9pm there was a god awful loud noise coming from the wall closest to the stairs. I don’t know if they have an additional storage or machinery room next to the rooms wall but there were hours and hours of loud banging/rattling going on.
The noise seemed to quiet down when shutting the bathroom door as it appeared whatever was vibrating the wall was causing the toilet to rattle and echoing the noise into the room even louder.
In addition, the mini fridge is anything but silent as it was making a loud hissing noise as well.
And the highway traffic on-top of the other 2 noises happening made it impossible to get a good nights sleep.
Given our experience at the time of check in, we didn’t bother to advise the front desk, nor did we have the energy to move rooms after a very long day of driving, however I did let the front desk know upon checking out and they didn’t seem to concerned that we had a terrible stay and when I suggested that it sounded like maybe machinery of some sorts- I was met with a condescending comment and told they would have maintenance check it out.
Spending $150 for a total of a 12 hour stay and a sleepless night- this was a total rip off.
Other than that the hotel location is a short drive to a lot of stores/restaurants which was convenient but other than that I don’t have too much more to add to the pros list on our experience...

This is the oppostie of what i received.. Lomg story short, my fiance wws moved from a hospital in Oneida, TN to Turkey Creek Medical Center due to the severity of the ailmemt. Obviously, I could not stay in the ICU with her so I frantically was trying to get a room close by. I, mistakenly, booked a room for the wrong dates as i dd so wHile I was driving behind the ambulance.. Once I figured out that I had made a blunder, I rebooked the room for that very night. Once my fiancé was moved to a regular hospital room I went back to the hotel and approached them with my issue. I was met by Vanessa at the front desk who was the epitome of unfriendly. After I left, I was then called back by the other young lady that was at the front desk within just a very few minutes, letting me know that the front desk manager, Tasha (i beieve) Was unwilling to refund the room, even though she was given the circumstances Under which the blunder was made.
I am a logistics, professional, who mainly deals in FFE And OS&E For your major hotel groups, such as Marriott, IHG, and the Hilton group, as well as manh other hospitalkry comoanies, suppliers,etc.. It just so happens that I am on a board with Mr. Pacious (thr CEO of Choice Hotels), whom, I’m sure will be very displeased once we have a chance to speak..
It was a simple mistake, where the tiniest bit of hospitality would have resolved the issue however, now I find myself writing this review for no reason other than greed!
Mancy Choice hotels are very nice. Choose ome of those. Perhaps they know the meaning of hospitality, And hopefully the have thr tiniest...
Read moreThe room was comfortable and the breakfast was good. I had no issues with the hotel itself. I would give a 10 except for a few issues: The night of check in, I and some other guests had to wait several minutes for someone to appear at the front desk, only for a young woman to show up with her personal phone in her hand. She was friendly at least. Other front desk staff throughout my stay would avoid eye contact and not smile, as if I was an annoyance to them. I also purchased a couple of snacks from them and had them charge it to the room, but overheard someone tell the front desk clerk that she didn't charge me enough. I waited for them to tell me, but instead I just found an extra charge on my account. When I later told someone, she barely acknowledged me and just handed me a refund without saying anything and then just went back to her duties as if I wasn't there. Also, we were given no prior notice of the front parking lot being blocked off the next day for photographs (by the desk clerk checking me in or by signs or whatever) and I came out to find tape and cones around the area where my vehicle was parked and I had to move everything out of the way to get my vehicle out. I did eventually see signs posted, but not until that day when I was already blocked in. It was overall a fine stay, but I stay in hotels a lot, and a friendly cheerful front desk staff makes a big difference. No guest wants to feel...
