Andy's Frozen Custard — Restaurant in Fayetteville

Leaving this review for general management. My sister and I arrived at the Fayetteville location at 10:50pm (they close at 11) on 11/3/19 and pulled up to the drive-through window. The two employees who were cleaning made eye contact with us...and then went back to cleaning. No one came to the window to let us know they’d decided to close early, they simply ignored us, so we walked around to the front entrance to just enter quickly, apologize for the late arrival, ask ask for something take-home that wouldn’t require them to re-clean anything. At that point the manager came out and ignored us as well before pulling the cash register drawers for the night. My sister and I are former longtime Andy’s employees from the Tyler, Texas location who were visiting from out of town and were excited to have a taste of home. We honestly completely understand if the employees had wanted to close early - we were just shocked at the blatantly rude reception and wanted to let general...

Amazing. I have a pretty sensitive gluten allergy and usually choose to avoid eating out all together, just because I feel bad asking the workers to be so diligent in prepping my food. Cleaning the mixer, using gloves and separate spoons, and blah blah. it’s tedious. And most places aren't well versed on the allergy anyways so the protocols are useless. I was fully expecting to get my order and deal with consequences and was shocked at how well they took care of me!!! The cashier was so kind and patient, she had a gluten free menu on hand, and she even went back and made the ice cream herself!! I know she did a great job cleaning the area and following protocol because I don’t feel even a tiny bit affected what I ate (a turtle concrete) ! I am just so happy that I could enjoy my favorite ice cream and I will definitely be...

Custard is amazing as always! Just saddened that the manager? And the girl at the drive thru were more interested in flirting with each other than getting the order correct. I very politely said my order wasnt right, and the manager came to the window and was very annoyed it seemed. I even offered to pay for the wrong order. This was my third time here this week, so when I was charged a lower amount I figured my order might be wrong.
