Shoutout to Trinity who was working on Dec 16th, approx 6:30 pm for the absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced as a consumer. Your multiple eye rolls, neck rolls, and huffs have shown Auntie Anne's obviously low/non existent standard of employment. Not that you actually care about your job, but I'll never be returning to this location or an Auntie Anne's in general. If receiving a simple order ruins your night as bad as you made it seem, the real world and real jobs are going to eat you alive. The ghetto mentality is not very becoming of a young woman, and even less professional. I've been to some pretty seedy joints in my life, but who would have thought that Auntie Anne's in Crosscreek Mall would be where I receive the worst customer service ever. Wow. No wonder this little place is 1 Star. Because of one employee. I think what to do here is...
Read moreThis is literally the worst pretzel shop ever. I have been here at diff times on diff days, and no matter when I go, there are either zero plain salted pretzels, or one and maybe a cup of the nuggets. And that’s a maybe. I don’t understand what other purpose a pretzel stand has other than to sell pretzels. Like I couldn’t imagine going to McDonald’s and they’re just like “nah we don’t have fries right now, idk why but sorry.” Or going to Burger King and they’re just not offering burgers that day. They have ONE purpose. To sell pretzels. The worst part is, I wouldn’t care if I didn’t have 3 kids that look forward to auntie Anne’s pretzels at the mall as a treat. Just so happens I was there twice this week. Once on a week day right before lunch. And then this afternoon at 215 during a busy Saturday afternoon. Zero plain pretzels with no time for...
Read morePaid about $3 for a large drink and they don’t offer refills! Meanwhile, I could’ve went and bought another large drink for about $2 and have as many refills as I wanted. I was very discouraged when I found they don’t offer refills. For a drink $3 , you would think they would give free refills. Moreover, it takes them forever to remake pretzel nuggets. I was told “just 10 more mins” many times and ended waiting for half an hour. I was definitely...
